The room was bigger than we expected. It has a living room with a sofa bed, ref, a microwave, a TV, and a dishwasher. The bedroom had a TV too. My problem with this hotel is the bathroom. There was a big mold next to the curtain rod. There were two big holes in the tub where the handles were supposed to be, and the shower head looked dirty with white stains on it. The continental breakfast was good.
Location
This was been nastiness Hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Pubic hair, other hair, sticky dirty floors, food left in microwave, dirty drawers with hair and dirt. The smell of the room was disgusting. We thought it was the air conditioner so we tried not to use it. My favorite part was when I went to take a bag out of the trash and found this nasty congealed vomit at the bottom of the wastebasket once I took the bag out it smelled like we were in a dump, got to go vomit in a nasty dirty toilet I was going to overlook all of it until the trash cans nasty surprise.
I would not let your costumers book this hotel. The worst I have stayed in while traveling in the US.
Dirty, worn out, depressing.
The floors were dirty. The back of the toilet was not secured and moved when you flushed. Even though I registered 5 people staying in the room the gentleman at the desk gave me a hard time asking for more towels. No bed linens for the pullout couch. Over all super disappointed and would highly recommend people seek other sleeping accommodations
the breakfast was good; very sufficient and eggs were fresh and cooked nicely
Inside the room, the tabletops were sticky and dirty. Not the bathroom counter, but the bedside table and the other furniture pieces were very sticky and dirty. we didn't;t know if it was due to their cleaning product, not enough elbow grease or the furniture simply needs to be replaced.
Bed was comfortable…room was clean
Notify on web sight that if 2nd floor is only available…stairs must be climbed. Hazardous stairway with missing or dangerous hand rails. MANY uneven walking situations that could easily result in a fall
This stay required multiple room iterations due to issues. The first room had no night latch lock attached to the door or wall. It was ripped out and sitting on the air conditioner unit. This was not acceptable for personal security, and especially since this room was accessed from outside.
The front desk made a room change to the vacant room next door. Unfortunately, this room had the same issue with the night latch lock being ripped out of the wall. Unacceptable.
The desk made another room change to a room inside the main building. The bed sheets were covered in small hairs all over and one of the beds had parts of a knotted plastic bag under the fitted sheet. The sheets had stains all over as well. The showers were not very clean so we did not use them. Stuck it out to get through the night, but I would not recommend staying here.
The room was beyond dirty. Brown stuff splattered on the walls, damp carpets that left a residue on your feet, and an over powering air freshener smell in both the lobby and room.
I wouldn't stay there again - lots of bad smells and lots of damage to rooms (including to door locks that make them not effective). The only positive was the lady at the front desk, who was very kind.
Do not stay here. Mold, bugs unknown substance and sticky floors. We left before even sleeping a night and went to the best western next door.
I couldn't, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone. If the experience I had booking directly through the hotel chain got me the "Best" room available I can only imagine the rest of the place. I should have paid $20 more a night and stayed somewhere else. Live and learn.
When we arrived for a check in, the coffee pot still had coffee in it, and the trash Still trash in it.
My husband and I left for the evening, when we came back they were muddy footprints all through the room… Someone I’ve definitely been in there even though we had to do not disturb sign on the door. When brought up to the front desk they were very rude, and made a comment that the manager “went into look at a coffee table.” But the following morning and when I spoke to the manager he had no idea who went in my room. And didn’t seem very concerned that I was worried.
The bed was so uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on a rock. The “breakfast” they serve was inedible.
There was an issue with my agent and payments, as I’m on the phone trying to fix the issue the receptionist out of no where says “you think you’re laughing at us, but we’re the ones laughing at you”. I had no clue what he was talking about and needless to say they weren’t helping me and I didn’t want to stay there anymore. Unfortunately my agency had already paid for the first month of my 3 months stay…on the 2, I seen a mouse running across the hallway. Within that month, I had to cross the parking lot to another room to shower, since I had no hot water…
Horrible visit with the room and hotel staff etc and like a refund for that stay if possible because the visit I experience not right
Location
Had kitchen no dishes etc. Tub didn't drain properly
Bathroom floor and tub ‘sticky’, mirror all streaked, curtains held up by floor lamp, over bearing smell of disinfectants or cleaners to mask odors, beds definitely not stripped from whoever or whatever was in the room last. Suggest to see room before checking in.
