Cons:

I didn’t like that the staff came in our room right after we got there and we left for dinner and the water was not hot. It wasn’t but barely lukewarm to take a shower very dissatisfied will not stay again.

Pros:

The employee, Wanda, at the front desk was very accommodating.
All staff was very friendly.
Location was within walking distance of the venue we were going to.

Cons:

We had a late check out , but still had cleaning staff trying to enter the room early . Then a phone call from front desk , so we really didnt get to sleep in .
I would definitely stay again !!

Cons:

There weren't enough breakfast options. If you up the prices, put carpet on the floor at breakfast this place would be the best in that area. I would only add these things if the building could be kept clean for a year without having any bugs in the microwaves and refrigerators. The staff you have now do not play any games and I think you should keep them because you need stern people that are not easy to push over. That area has a lot of loitering. I witnessed the staff and the security deal with a situation and they handled it really well! And there was a light skinnedtall lady that worked the second shift during my stay, she was really nice to me and professional.

All in all besides the breakfast I will stay again hopefully more choices for breakfast will be added
