This hotel was a nice surprise. The room was quiet and beds were so comfortable.
Pros:

Very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and competent. The usual foods provided were fresh and the breakfast area was clean and well stocked.

Cons:

A good cup of coffee. We’re from the northwest and a good strong cup is essential to start our morning. Forget about the food. Coffee is the most important….

Short Stay
Pros:

Easy on and off the freeway. Lowest priced nice hotel in the area.

Cons:

Not that it was a bother for us, there are only stairs so people who may need an elevator for reaching the 2nd floor will need to stay on the 1st floor.

It was nice just no pool or hot tub.

The staff were excellent and the property was very clean.

Cons:

That I booked the rooms for two nights and the pool was out of service. I booked at super eight in chamberlain and the pool was out there too. Do the motels not let Booking.com know this?

It was good until the end.
Pros:

It was really nice and comfortable. The lady who checked us in was super nice and had a great attitude.

Cons:

When I went to check out they said my payment didn’t go through which it did on my end. And ended up arguing with me. So I had my husband talk to him and he was civil with him and told him what happened. But he wouldn’t tell me what the hell was going on. I found it super disrespectful and it just pissed me off. He couldn’t explain to me but he could to my husband?!

Pros:

We had to stay an extra day because of a spring blizzard and the desk clerk was exceptional in accommodating our needs. And breakfast here is also very good!
