The breakfast was subpar. The quality of the food was not appetizing.
I think 2 FD agents at pick times would have been helpful. The young lady who checked us in did great, albiet she was overwhelmed. She kept it together.Smile a bit more.
We turned on the heat and the smoke alarm went off. Everything is outdated and needs alot of attention.
It was fine to stop, sleep and get back on the road. Location was good.

Only two floors but didn't have an elevator, I had quite a bit of luggage I had to lug up the stairs.

On the positive side, the room had a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave and a coffee machine, which was very convenient. Breakfast was standard for this type of hotel.
Overall, the room had some useful amenities and plenty of space, but the hotel definitely needs some updating and better maintenance. Unfortunately, I also found the staff not particularly helpful or responsive.
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not very positive.
I was given a room on the second floor, but there is no elevator. I had to carry my heavy suitcase upstairs by myself, and no one from the staff offered to help. I really think guests should be informed about this in advance, especially when booking a room on the second floor.
The hotel itself is quite old and has a rather unusual layout. My room was spacious, which was a plus, but there were several issues. The air conditioner didn’t work properly. Since I don’t like sleeping in a cold room, I tried switching it to heat, but immediately there was a terrible burning smell and the fire alarm went off. After that, the unit basically stopped working altogether.
The water also had an unpleasant smell, and there was a noticeable unpleasant odor in the bathroom.
Easy on/off the freeway, close to fast food.
Upon arrival was informed our room was next to the breakfast area and was informed “it gets loud” why bother having a room there if guests are going to be woken up and have been seeing as how I had to be told upon checking in but there was nothing I could do due to arriving so late
