Pros:

I thought over all the property was clean and well maintained. Staff serving breakfast were professional and friendly and the food was good value.

Cons:

Hotel parking was a hassle especially if you have a truck. It can be tight and difficult to park or exit the property.

Lovely one night stop. The staff made the place, they were so nice

The room was huge and comfortable

Good stay
Pros:

The hotel is clean and well serviced. Kamloops was a transitional stop in a road trip and the Thompson hotel met our needs as a good place to stay

Great value room with good facilities
Pros:

The staff were all very friendly and the room was big and clean. It was also pretty quiet considering it faced the main road. The facilities were also good, they have accessible parking, pool and hot tub on site and a games room which was cool. Overall exceeded expectations for the cost of the room.

Nothing, it was all very nice.

Pet friendly

Cons:

Pet friendly yes. But no green grass in a 2 block radius. Right down town. Not convenient for pets to use the washroom..
room was still a bit dirty. Hair in shower. Drain plugged. Shower head was so plugged, barely any water coming out.. not vacuumed, cat treats found on floor. Had to go on hands and knees to find all the rest. My dog is allergic.
Not a place to come for this price..
