Because of the hot tub conversation we won’t be staying there again.
Pros:

It was a very nice property .

Cons:

I called ahead before I booked to ask if the hot tub was working and was told it was. Two hours later when we arrived and after I booked (non refundable ) we were told the hot tub was closed for maintenance.

Comfy hotel, great location. Would stay again.
Pros:

Very easy to find, secure parking. Staff friendly. Room was great. Hotel had great facilities too. A great stop on the way to Jasper. Great shops nearby too.

Very disappointing for the price and rating.
Pros:

Cons:

Small king room.
Shower water pressure was very weak and wouldn’t adjust.
Bed was really uncomfortable
Toilet seat wasn’t put on properly
The bed frame didn’t feel stable
A couple of the arcade games didn’t work and took the change.
The hot tub was being under maintenance all weekend with no notice

Pros:

The staff was exceptionally helpful and nice . The arcade is not only a treat for the kids.. parents get some time as well. There is an ATM on the side and a machine who can give you change for the machines

Friendly helpful staff, clean comfy hotel.
Pros:

I have stayed here twice, it’s great for families as the arcade and pool and breakfast cafe have very flexible hours

Cons:

Hot tub was closed for maintenance, nothing mentioned in the booking, no rate reduction and as a single mom I was really looking forward to that hot tub. I would have picked a different hotel had I been made aware.
