The hotel staff was polite, the location of the hotel is a good location for downtown Grand Rapids.

Great location, wonderful staff.
Pros:

Great location, right down in the heart of GR. Easily walkable to restaurants, concert venues, stadium, etc. Don't really need a car if you're only doing things in the area! Staff was also fantastic. Very helpful!

Cons:

Parking is a little bit wonky. There's an overflow lot that's kind of around the corner. Tight spaces. If you need a car, it's doable, but if i stayed again i'd try to manage without one.

Pros:

Closeness to the concert venue, bed was comfortable, parking was easy. Staff very friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The wood furniture in the room seemed very dated. You have to be standing in the shower to turn on water and get blasted with cold water until you get it to preferred temp. The shower door doesn't shut all the way, water all over the floor.

Loved the location !!

Cons:

We had no body wash in our shower- the bottle was empty. The trash was overflowing in the trash can by the front entrance and blowing across the grass!

The staff were nice, always smiling I’m very helpful. Our room was comfortable.

The carpets in the hallways seem to be quite worn and the decor seems to be outdated.

Pros:

Right downtown and easy access to everything! Staff was super nice and friendly.

Cons:

The room had toilet paper stuck in the door and a few small things which made it not feel as clean as I would have liked
