Great little place to stay
Pros:

Great hotel best thing that got me here was the great FREE breakfast and the kind people that worked here always saying good morning and asking if we needed anything.
The location was great very small town but easy to get to anything and everything 15 minutes to Lake Geneva and half hour to 45 minutes to shopping Outlets at Gurnee Mills.

The atmosphere was great as we went when Gary Con was going on so it was very busy with a lot of happy people going to the Con and we felt very welcomed from the time we got there.

Our room was perfect had everything we needed a shower and a tub with a toilet and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The sink was just outside the door. We had a king bed with 2 chairs to sit if we wanted to and a desk with a chair as well plus a fridge and a microwave which was great as we were there for 4 nights. Our bed was super comfy. Heat and fan and AC worked perfect.

The value was the best I could find and I don't regret a cent of it. I would go back there again and again. and like i said previously the breakfast was the best of it all.

The workers tried to keep it very clean all the time every time i opened the door someone was always walking around cleaning. If we needed anything like extra towels or anything they were happy to give them to us.

The noise level wasn't bad at all except the one time someone left their poor fur babies in the room by themselves and that wasn't the hotels fault at all.I slept right through the night with the television quietly on and had a great night sleep.

Everything was great the staff took great care of us and I thank each and everyone of them for making it feel like home for a few days when we came from Canada.

We hope to see you again in the future

It was not good and we felt disgusting from the moment we walked in.

Cons:

The place was disgusting. We had the sheets replaced as soon as we got there because there were several stains on the sheets. The sheets they replaced them with were just as bad if not worse. The bathroom looked moldy and disgusting. In order to feel somewhat comfortable when we slept, we slept with long pants/long sleeves in bed because the bed was unsanitary with stains. The place just had a weird odor to it and we wanted to get out as soon as possible when we woke up. I believe all of the reviews that give this place 5 stars are written by staff to boost its ratings because this hotel is super run down and needs to be updated. Feels dirty and I would never give this place a rating above average. I would never stay in a place like this again.

Pros:

Very pleased. A spur of the moment stay due to extreme heat & and our central a/c going out. Hotel was extremely clean, beds comfortable & very quiet. Staff was super nice. I would stay here again.

Overall, location was very convenient. The staff very nice breakfast was consistent in overall experience was good.
Pros:

Location for the events that I had to go to was perfect! Wisconsin right around the corner… All the wedding events were reasonably close.

Cons:

First night there was dirty pillows, and sheets. They were flipped over with make up, perfume and hair on the pillowcases… I stripped the beds and requested for a complete cleaning and it was great for three nights more.
