Worst Hotel Experience in the US
Pros:

20 year old booked fourth trip to same hotel. Night of and 5 hours away from home, rejected service. Stated billing not done through them. Stated someone else booked for him and he lied. Extremely rude and condescending. Would not allow parent to back up with credit card. Stated do not keep records of loyal customers. Worst customer service experience ever in booking any room in the United States.
