Never again.
Pros:

Nothing it was horrible

Cons:

All of it. The pool was green. Elevators did not work. Furniture was stained. Sinks didn’t drain and toilets continued to run and wouldn’t properly flush. Messed up credit card charges.

Convenient but over priced for the room standard.
Pros:

The breakfast was OK, location good.

Cons:

Air conditioning controls in room did not work so could not turn off the noisy fan.
Shower curtain fail came off when sliding the curtain.
Did tell front desk of these.

Pros:

i didnt have breakfast after the way my room looked and the rude customer service at the front desk

Cons:

the rude behavior after trying to overcharge me , the rude tone and attitude from the lady upfront , down to we didnt get to fully check the room after waiting for an about hour to get checked in ,trying to get to a concert . came back showered then time to bed at 2 in the am to pull the sofa bed out with dirty stains on the sheets with leftover used sheets

hmm just ok if you want a lack of sleep
Pros:

The locations was wonderful for us. We were equal distance to everything Hershey and the other things that we went for, mainly the bowling alleys. We have stayed here before that is why we selected this hotel this time around but never again.

Cons:

The breakfast was horrible, eggs were cold powdered eggs and the meat selections were not the best there wasn't a large selection of choices. Better selection of food and for $14.00 you could have gone to McDonalds and gotten better eggs. I threw mine in the trash and ended up eating only toast. The noise in the hotel from other guest was out of control and the management did nothing to stop it and it was well after midnight. Never again will we use this hotel.

Run down hotel 20-25 from Hershey, but right off of the highway.
Pros:

The location was right off of the highway.

Cons:

The bathroom door is literally falling apart. The towels and washcloths are clearly very old. The heat was very noisy. Whenever the heat came on, it sounds like the motor was going to blow up. It made it difficult to sleep at night.

I have an EV. The chargers on the property were not working.

Had potential with great amenities but customer service/hidden fees didn’t level with nice amenities
Pros:

It was clean, I was greeted immediately upon arrival at midnight . Beds were comfy and nice amenities.

Cons:

I got double charged and frauded and tried to contact property at 2:30pm ESTin afternoon and the person on the other end says a manager is gone for the day and when I asked to speak to a manager and what hours they work they advised 8a-4p EST. Hidden costs, and no one cared or responded back after i have communicated these three different ways

Nobody has refunded my card the additional $237 and it was only supposed to be $140.

Additionally , the offered breakfast but forgot to mention additional costs.

Pros:

Easy check in, friendly staff, and good location.

Cons:

Room had trash behind night stand and pool was down for maintenance and never told when booking or checking in(had to ask) with no clue when would be working again.
