It’s a place to sleep I guess.
Pros:

Breakfast wasn’t included so I couldn’t tell you how it was.

Cons:

The pool was closed for the 2 days we were there. Only one elevator worked. The toilet in our room kept getting clogged. The staff was nice but the place was a little run down. They made the outside look like it was new but once you are inside it’s a different story. Also we got the suite with a pull out couch bed and asked for linens for it an all we got was 2 thin sheets no comforter. I wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Elevator did not work, Room was dirty. Shower knob broken. Pool was out of service. It says breakfast is included but that is not true. They want you to pay $13.99 per person

Not up to par with other Holiday Inns, won't stay here again.
Pros:

Front staff was friendly when we arrived.

Cons:

This hotel is old. It needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned. The furniture needed to.be upgraded. Desk chair was completely peeling, sofa bed pull out was split all the way down the side. Ceiling was peeling and stained all the way down the room. Shower was hard to turn on and the drywall around the shower was cracked and coming apart.

The pool was under maintenance and closed. There were 2 elevators. One worked for one of the two days we were there. The other was out of service the entire time.

Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.

Comfortable but disappointing
Cons:

Pool did not work .. bar had hardly any beer and no mixers.. credit card machies did not work at bar. Floors were sticky

Won't be back!
Pros:

We like the conveince to our plans for the weekend.

Cons:

Upon arriving I was ignored by the customer service representative at the desk. Once on our floor it smelled like cigarette smoke. Enter our room and it was stale and stunk. Handprints were all over the headboard and mirrors. The pull out couch had stains all over it, the bed did not even fit the frame and looked like it had been taken from a Crack house. The room phone did not work, holes in wall and mold above the sink, hairdryer was filthy. Had to go get blankets and pillows because the bed did not have any. The pool was closed without any notification to us. It was a very poor experience for the price. We would have been better off going to the Red Roof Inn. The staff did not care and even upon letting them know if the fixed the bed I would put it into the review, not one care. This was our second time going to this location and just disappointed. We upgraded our room this year because our last experience was good, we won't be back after the experience we had this time.

It was great. I would stay again.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean, beds very comfortable. Room temperature was perfect. Very quiet at night, had a great night's sleep.

Cons:

There was mildew in the shower.

Cons:

The hotel and the room both had a smell, smell of dampness. The hotel really needs a upgrade. It's so old. Washroom was extremely tiny.
The price they charge is totally not justified based on the facility. Will never stay in Holiday Inn, has left a very poor impression.

Close to Hershey

Cons:

It was dirty. There was NO breakfast that was said in the booking. And when asked for sheets and blankets for the pull out couch was told they don’t have any extra! Had to get from my own car for my son - $470. Rip off
