Pros:

Convenient but over priced for the room standard.
Pros:

The breakfast was OK, location good.

Cons:

Air conditioning controls in room did not work so could not turn off the noisy fan.
Shower curtain fail came off when sliding the curtain.
Did tell front desk of these.

Pros:

i didnt have breakfast after the way my room looked and the rude customer service at the front desk

Cons:

the rude behavior after trying to overcharge me , the rude tone and attitude from the lady upfront , down to we didnt get to fully check the room after waiting for an about hour to get checked in ,trying to get to a concert . came back showered then time to bed at 2 in the am to pull the sofa bed out with dirty stains on the sheets with leftover used sheets

Pros:

Nothing it was horrible

Cons:

All of it. The pool was green. Elevators did not work. Furniture was stained. Sinks didn’t drain and toilets continued to run and wouldn’t properly flush. Messed up credit card charges.

hmm just ok if you want a lack of sleep
Pros:

The locations was wonderful for us. We were equal distance to everything Hershey and the other things that we went for, mainly the bowling alleys. We have stayed here before that is why we selected this hotel this time around but never again.

Cons:

The breakfast was horrible, eggs were cold powdered eggs and the meat selections were not the best there wasn't a large selection of choices. Better selection of food and for $14.00 you could have gone to McDonalds and gotten better eggs. I threw mine in the trash and ended up eating only toast. The noise in the hotel from other guest was out of control and the management did nothing to stop it and it was well after midnight. Never again will we use this hotel.
