Time for an overhaul of the property and certainly the staff

Location was good.

Cons:

property is dated. AC was noisy. Room didn’t get cleaned twice. Only one staff member was professional and pleasant. The other others were pretty sketchy. they posted a notice that they were gonna be redoing sections of the parking lot beginning Monday and unfortunately, early Sunday they blocked everything off and inconvenienced a lot of guests. By far the worst breakfast of any hotel that provides such a service. Pancakes French toast and greasy sausage were all lukewarm to cold. Very few options.

Cons:

A/C system is antiquated, cycles on and off every 5 minutes, very loud. Hard to sleep. Vent is located near bed so you feel the air blowing on you. Unpleasant.

Horrible !
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

It smelled like old cigarette smoke, the hallway smelled of marijuana, only 1 elevator worked and staff was not helpful at all when I mentioned my complaint. I literally left 1 1/2 hours after checking in.

the hotel wasn't terrible, but I was a little disappointed.
Pros:

We didn't have breakfast. Overall, the hotel appeared to be clean. There was a loud aroma on the 5th floor by the elevators.

Cons:

The pool was down, I called for towels and never received them, neither tv in the room was working properly. It took maintenance almost an hour to fix one of the televisions.

Cons:

Service was terrible. They didn't answer the phone at the front desk. Had to ask 3 times for more towels. It was dirty. One of the elevators was broken. Tiny room. For the price, I expected much better.
