Location good but disappointed pool closed. Would have booked elsewhere.
Pros:

Location was good. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Pool was not open. Room had no air control and was 81 degrees in it. Could not get a refund to try and find a hotel with a pool for the 2nd night.

I’m a repeat customer and every time I stay here it has been a wonderful experience
Pros:

Very accessible, good location, the staff is wonderful, the rooms are spacious and adorable like a little apartment, very clean and comfortable, complimentary breakfast is delicious, and location is close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

Pros:

The property is beautiful, rooms were clean and well stocked. I loved the free convenient parking as well. My kids loved the snack bar and free cookies. The lounge area was amazing as well.

Cons:

The pool area was freezing. My room was freezing even after maintenance came in and worked on the unit. The spa was down and under renovation but was not warned before booking or when I called the property in advance. The breakfast was ok.

Pros:

Everything was perfect and the staff were excellent

Cons:

The bathroom toilet was very low in our rooms and I had hard time getting up off the toilet but besides that everything was good

Nicole gives hope for bad situation
Pros:

Nicole at front desk was outstanding. It was 6 pm ish on day of check in and Nicole was able to bring my info up then the computers went down. Nicole reach out to mgr. but no return call. So she took it on herself to key open rooms for guest to get in and settle. (wrote info old school on paper) I came down a few times for coffee and water never once Nicole brought me back up with smile. She should get something for the outstanding job she preformed. (got key next morning)

Cons:

Nothing about the hotel but people rudeness to another person. Which was putting it on herself to get people into their rooms the best she can without hearing from management. No need for words said to Nicole. She doesn't control the computers. It happens. Be kind!

Pros:

It was very clean and check in and out was super quick and efficient.

Cons:

I had my do not disturb sign on the door and at 8am room service was knocking and trying to open the door. I don’t mind if they make their rounds to clean the room early, but they should be respecting the sign on the door and not trying to open it when it is showing do not disturb.
