Nice staff clean room and good breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was very good

Cons:

The only problem we had was house keeping opened our door and woke us up but it was just an accident

Pros:

Checkin Rapide, équipe d’accueil chaleureuse et professionnelle.

Cons:

Hôtel vétuste, odeur ancienne, un seul ascenseur pour tout l’hôtel visiteurs et ménage, donc embouteillages pour monter et descendre ses valises.
Acoustique terrible sur le couloir et bruits de pas de chambre au dessus. Bruit extérieurs de l’autoroute et de la station essence.

Pros:

Location was easy to get to. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. The whole family enjoyed the breakfast and especially the all day coffee and tea bar. Thanks for a great stay.

What a dump!
Cons:

The room is a dump! For 2 nights we paid over $1000 to be treated like we didn't matter at check in, to the gross disgusting room we were put in!

Wonderful clean and friendly
Pros:

A great place to stay and would stay again.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing and the location was close to our friends which we were visiting . The room was quiet in spite of it being a very busy place. Bed was comfortable and room spacious.

Request reimbursement for my stay!
Pros:

Breakfast was okay, staff member looking after breakfast was exceptional and very warm and welcoming and accommodating

Cons:

I asked for the Government rate, I was told, “Yes we have one but it cannot be used today! Why because it was a long weekend??? Unacceptable, not to mention the hotel parking lot was approximately 1/3rd occupied!

Totally overpriced at $250 a night’ hottub dirty, rust spots old.
