Ci sono accoglienze e gestione dei clienti migliori nella città di Bruxelles.
Pros:

Posizione vicina al centro perfetta.
Colazione non compresa nel pacchetto.
Letto un po' troppo molle.

La ubicación , q había aguas todos los días, el restaurante y la terraza y el personal

Cons:

Las almohadas, y la mampara del baño, se escapaba algo de agua y es bastante justa para la amplitud de la bañera

Parfaite localisation, même en voiture
Pros:

Hôtel vieillissant mais qui a son charme. Il fait chique mais avec des équipements qui vieillissent mais qui sont encore parfaitement fonctionnels.
La localisation est parfaite à 10 min à pied de la Grand Place. Il est facilement accessible même en voiture. Et le parking est vraiment pas cher.

Long week-end à Bruxelles
Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement placé, à deux minutes à pied des endroits clés de Bruxelles. La chambre était propre et le personnel très efficace. La possibilité d'avoir le parking à prix intéressant est une vraie plus value. Cependant, il est très bas (175cm) et l'ascenseur était cassé, pas pratique de descendre ou monter trois niveaux avec les bagages.

Cons:

L'isolation phonique laisse sincèrement à désirer. Notre chambre donnait derrière l'hôtel, nous avons eu le droit à la livraison avec chariot sur les pavés à 7h30, les éboueurs, les écoles qui passent en groupe. Il a été très difficile pour nous de dormir le matin. Nous avons eu aussi le droit aux travaux dans le couloir. C'est vraiment dommage car sans ce désagrément tout était parfait.
Manque juste un petit frigidaire dans la chambre.
