Gostamos de tudo. O hotel é excelente. Porém nosso pedido não foi entregue e nossa estadia não foi silenciosa.
Pros:

Quarto era grande e espaçoso. Cama confortável. Roupa de cama e toalhas limpas e cheirosas. Banheiro muito confortável e grande. Havia shampoo e sabonete. A localização é excelente.

Cons:

Solicitei por um quarto silencioso e longe de crianças. Meu pedido não foi atendido e nos colocaram em um quarto embaixo de uma família com duas crianças barulhentas. O hotel era enorme e não estava cheio, haviam outros quartos vazios…

Pros:

Το παιδί στη reception ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό μας έκανε και early check in
Το δωμάτιο μας superior τρίκλινο ήταν στον 5ο όροφο πολύ άνετο με δωρεάν καφέ τσάι και εμφιαλωμένο νερό
Το πρωινό γεμάτο επιλογές με πολύ ωραία pancakes!!
Δίπλα απ την grand place μας βόλεψε για τις περιηγήσεις μας!!

A fabulous short break to celebrate my 60th birthday and the hotel was exceptional in every way.
Pros:

Spotlessly clean room, cleaned every day. The location was central and absolutely perfect. Breakfast was tasty and a great starter to each day. The staff were so friendly and helpful and could not be faulted. Our trip was so great we are considering booking the same hotel again.

Cons:

Can't fault this place.

Keurige kamer op goede locatie.
Pros:

Keurige eenvoudige schone kamer, vriendelijk personeel en dit op een heel handige en locatie tussen station en centrum.

Проблема с возвратом депозита

Удобное местоположение. Наличие парковки.

Cons:

Проблема с депозитом: в отеле берут залог 150€, хотя в последнее время это редкость. При выписке всё устроено так, чтобы гость забыл о возврате: сначала говорят «всё ок, можете ехать», но когда напоминаешь про депозит, начинают проверять номер через горничную. Затем меняется менеджер, новый не в курсе, снова куда-то звонит — в итоге процедура занимает 20–30 минут вместо быстрого завершения.
Неисправный сейф: сейф в номере не работает, хотя заявлен в описании. И они еще предлагают отдать деньги на хранение не ресепшн!
