Pros:

Super bequeme Betten. Ich hatte ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Sehr komfortabel eingerichtet mit Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichhaltig. Falls man etwas vermisst, kann man fragen und es wird gebracht (Lachs).

Ein schöner Aufenthalt im Rahmen eines Konzertbesuches.
Pros:

Lage nahe der Laeiszhalle (optimal für Konzertbesuche). Frühstück vielfältig. Betten sehr bequem mit einer tollen Kissenauswahl.

A good location and comfortable hotel.
Pros:

The Rooms are spacious and the team is courteous and helpful. My use of the Restaurant was restricted to breakfast which was good.

Værelselset var rigtig godt, gode cocktail, service var rigtig god og morgenmads buffet var rigtig lækker

Fantastic and central location
Pros:

The location is great as it's near the U3 station Feldstraße which is close to some of the major attractions and a short ride into downtown. We reserved one of the more spacious rooms with the 'living' room. We really enjoyed the extra space. We also booked the room with breakfast and found that there was quite a bit of variety. As vegan/vegetarians we were pleased to see vegan 'ham' and oat milk readily available. The vegan options were still quite limited but compared to other hotels, already more advanced.

Modern, clean, well run
Pros:

This was a good hotel for business. Just a 10 minute easy walk to the centre of Hamburg. It's clean, modern with ck fy bedrooms and a lounge with good work area.

Bathroom was well appointed with a good shower. Plenty of facilities, a great breakfast and attentive professional staff.

Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lager und nettem Team
Pros:

Die Lage, das Frühstücksbuffet und die Zimmeraufteilung/Ausstattung waren
toll.
Das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Schiebetür (relativ laut) zum Bad direkt neben dem Bett. Lüftung im Bad ging nicht manuell zu steuern und war dadurch immer zu hören, wenn die Badtür geöffnet war.

Rundum perfekter Aufenhalt
Pros:

Das Hotel hatte für uns eine optimale Lage. Die Nähe zum Kongresszentrum aber auch in die Stadt war einfach prima.
Unser Doppelzimmer war sauber, hell und für uns total ausreichend. Es gab sogar eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln, einen Wasserkocher, Tee. Auch eine Minibar war vorhanden.
Die Sauna konnten wir auch nutzen. Dampfsauna und „normale“ Sauna. Auch dort sehr sauber, wohlriechend mit klasse Aussicht.
Der Hit war das Frühstück. Einfach alles was das Herz begehrt, super lecker, nettes, freundliches Personal. Alles in allem ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Es gab nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Für einen Businesstrip immer wieder gern
Pros:

Perfekt in der Mitte der Stadt, alles ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. U-Bahn um die Ecke. Reichlich Platz im Hotel eigenen Parkhaus
