Insgesamt gerne wieder, man hat ja nun Erfahrung.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, wie auch die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von den Mitarbeitenden. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, könnte noch etwas mehr Abwechslung dabei sein, wenn man mehrere Tage da ist.

Cons:

Angepriesen wird auf die Zimmerreinigung zu verzichten und dafür einen Gutschein zu erhalten, für ein Getränk nach Wahl. Die Wahl ist dann letztlich sehr eingegrenzt, warum man überlegen sollte ob man auf die Reinigung verzichtet.

Schlafen auf dem Sofa geht gar nicht für den Preis. Dann muss eine Matratze drauf gelegt werden.

Na prvom mjestu izuzetno ljubazno osoblje. Djelatnica na recepciji nam je dala odlične upute za upoznavanje grada. Lokacija je odlična. Doručak raznovrstan i odličan. Ako ponovno budemo dolazili u Hamburg, sigurno ćemo odsjesti u ovom hotelu.

Un hotel excelent pentru un sejur de cateva zile in Hamburg!
Pros:

Hotel amenajat modern, foarte curat, raport calitate-pret excelent, personal foarte amabil, mic dejun excelent, pat foarte confortabil. Am avut o problema tehnica in ultima seara in baie dar fiind duminica nu s-a putut rezolva imediat. Am primit imediat alta camera si bonus late checkout pentru a doua zi. Personalul de la receptie, bar, micul dejun, curatenie , toti au fost foarte amabili si seriosi. Foarte draguta terasa din spate, unde zilnic serveam cafeaua dupa mic dejun si seara faceam planul de plimbare pentru a doua zi.

Good, clean hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

Very clean and tidy hotel with friendly staff. Was a perfect location for what we needed, not in the centre of Hamburg but is easy to reach via the U-bahn which is close by.

Cons:

Breakfast is good but quite expensive. We had a room facing the road which can be quite noisy at times. There are lots of little lights (TV, lamps, heating controls) that can bother you if you like it completely dark overnight.

Good price, good location for my requirements, clean rooms which could be serviced daily, or you could bag yourself two
Pros:

Very tentative staff, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was hassle free.
Room was good, I was in town for the IRONMAN and they put on an early bird breakfast FOC for participants and supporters. They even provided early bird breakfast ahead of our early departure!
Close to local amenities/ supermarkets/ bars, and 1.6km to the centre of Hamburg.
If I do IRONMAN Hamburg again, it will be a strong contender for accommodation.

Cons:

I’d struggle to pick up on anything significant, or indeed minor for that matter.
