Pros:

Lage war super und wir haben vor Ort ein Zimmerupdate auf eine Suite bekommen. Personal war sehr hilfreich und nett. Parkhaus ohne Probleme direkt am Hotel nutzbar.

Cons:

Frühstück erst ab 7 Uhr. Auf Anfrage wäre auch schon um 6:45 Uhr möglich gewesen. Da ich zum Triathlon war, hätte ich gegen 6:15 Uhr Frühstücken müssen. Andere Hotels bekommen es zu solchen Events auch früher hin.

Im Doppelbett nur eine große Decke (Geschmackssache)

Zimmer (Suite) sehr gut. Hoher Schlafkomfort, Möbelierung ausgezeichnet. Bad wunderbar. Frühstück hervorragende Auswahl. Freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr gute Lage zwischen 2 U-Bahnstationen.

Solider Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Personal, der durch Lärm, Renovierungsstau, Sauberkeitsmängel und mangelnde Komm
Pros:

* Das Personal war während des gesamten Aufenthalts stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt.
* Das Bett war sehr komfortabel – sauber, angenehm fest und dennoch bequem. Der Schlafkomfort war insgesamt sehr gut.
* Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken.

Cons:

* Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer könnte insgesamt gründlicher sein.
* Bereits ab 08:00 Uhr sorgten Staubsauger, Reinigungswagen und laut zufallende bzw. zuschlagende Zimmertüren auf den Fluren an allen fünf Tagen für eine erhebliche Geräuschkulisse, sodass entspanntes Ausschlafen nicht möglich war.
* Trotz der großen Auswahl beim Frühstück ließ die Qualität der angebotenen Produkte zu wünschen übrig. Weniger Auswahl bei gleichzeitig höherwertigen Lebensmitteln wäre wünschenswert.
* Das Hotel und die Zimmer wirken insgesamt deutlich abgenutzt. Kleinere Renovierungsarbeiten sowie der Austausch der stark durchgesessenen Couch würden den Gesamteindruck erheblich verbessern.
* Im Badezimmer fehlen Halterungen für Handtücher zum Händetrocknen; vorhanden sind lediglich Halterungen für Duschhandtücher.
* Die Tassen und Gläser für Kaffee und Tee mussten im Badezimmerwaschbecken gereinigt werden. Ein regelmäßiger Austausch durch den Zimmerservice oder eine andere Spülmöglichkeit wäre hygienischer und komfortabler.
* Während unserer Abwesenheit wurde der Fernseher ohne vorherige Ankündigung durch Techniker ausgetauscht, obwohl das Gerät einwandfrei funktionierte. Eine vorherige Information wäre angemessen gewesen.
* Vor der Anreise wurden wir nicht darüber informiert, dass es im Hotel einen erheblichen Wasserschaden gegeben hatte. Vor Ort wurden wir dann mit tropfenden Decken und den damit verbundenen Einschränkungen konfrontiert. Eine transparente Kommunikation im Vorfeld wäre wünschenswert gewesen.
