Excellent Hotel But Not Pet Friendly

The employees were very helpful, the room was very nice AND quiet, the beds were comfortable, the sheets were cotton, and the airport shuttle was great!

Cons:

Bookings advertised that the hotel was pet friendly. This was not true. They accept service animals for a $20 nightly fee with a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee. I tried to call 3 different numbers to talk to someone at the hotel to confirm about the pet policy, but was never able to speak to a person. A recording told me about the $20 fee but not about the non-refundable $100 cleaning fee. Their website said no pets, but the recording had a pet policy. It was all quite confusing, and there was further confusion at check-in, but it was all sorted at the end.

The hotel was much better than I expected. Location close to the airport.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE - bugs, uncomfortable beds, rude staff
Cons:

Everything about my short stay was awful. The front desk check in girl was nasty and rude. She cursed at me. The room was disgusting. Bugs in the room. Old. Not clean. Hard beds. We did not end up staying the night. We left and went to the Westin. Book there instead. You have to pay for parking, even though they have a lot onsite.
