Pros:

walking distance from Madring. The croquetas were good at the hotel bar as a midnight snack.

Cons:

For the price of the stay, a coffee machine would have been appreciated

Nice clean modern Hotel close to IFEMA

Great affordable option
Pros:

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It's perfectly well cared, very clean, friendly and efficient staff and the room was way more spacious than we expected.
Even the walk to the closest subway station (Suanzes) was neice, making us cross a lovely and refreshing park.

Cons:

Upon arrival the airport transfer wasn't immediately available, as the driver had to make a mandatory "rest pause". We totally understand the need for the rest pause, but i assume they make it everyday at the sime hour. Therefore the hotel could make clear that the transfer is no available in that time period. The return transfer went smoothly and the driver couldn't be nicer.

Exceptionally enjoyable
Pros:

I really loved this property. It’s beautifully designed, clean, and surprisingly spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the aircon worked well, and the shower had strong pressure with perfectly warm water.

Even though it’s a bit away from the city, getting around was easy thanks to the bus stops right at the entrance. Breakfast was good, and the whole place felt peaceful and well cared for. All in all, a lovely stay. Perfect for F1 Madring stay

It be nice to have more English speaking staff

Fin de semana F1
Pros:

Nos quedamos en el hotel el fin de semana de la carrera de F1. El hotel quedaba a 1 hora del circuito y nos permitió ir andando sin esperar largas colas de metro o tren. Íbamos 4 personas y fue genial, porque nos dieron 2 habitaciones separadas pero con un espacio común privado entre ellas, por lo que tenías intimidad y a la vez podíamos estar juntos.

Cons:

Cerca del hotel no hay mucho, para todo habría que coger el autobús o el metro.

nos tuvimos que ir una noche antes y nos devolvieron el dinero de la suit cuando no tenían porque, el personal excelente, muchísimas gracias espero volver a alguna de sus hoteles.

Sus instalaciones, el desayuno y la cordialidad de la gente. Cerca del aeropuerto, con colectivo en la puerta para ir al centro.

Cons:

Que el lugar para fumar esté junto a la puerta de entrada al hotel.
