Si eres nacional no te dan agua de cortesía
Pros:

Limpieza, desayuno

Cons:

No tenía agua de cortesía. Consumí la del minibar y me la cobraron. Mis compañeros con reservas de UK y US con el mismo tipo de habitación, tenían agua de cortesía.

Pros:

Habitación y cafetería.

Cons:

No me gusta un cuarto de baño con ventana al dormitorio. Tampoco que la puerta sea de cristal y no cierre completamente, dejan huecos que impiden la intimidad, y sin cerrojo.

El desayuno

Cons:

Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación, debido a que la primera olía muy mal y no funcionaba la tele, en la mañana sin golpear entró una camarera a limpiar cuando aún dormíamos. Es la segunda vez que me pasa en este hotel, el servicio de limpieza hace lo que quiere, entra hace ruido no respeta la tranquilidad del huesped. La limpieza muy deficiente.

Personal del lobby muy antipático e irresponsable

Cons:

El personal del lobby ni los buenos días le daban a uno. El primer día solicité cambiar de cuarto para tener una cama más amplia ,luego de llegar de un viaje nocturno de casi 10 horas ,me llevaron a ver el cuarto para saber si me gustaba le dije que sí y me dijeron que en unos minutos nos buscarían para darnos las llaves y cambiarnos de cuarto. A la hora llamé y me dijeron que en 10 minutos pasarían y jamás pasaron y nunca nos dieron ninguna explicación

Pros:

La cama es muy cómoda y la calidad de las sábanas de primera y el desayuno fenomenal , el servicio muy bien.

Cons:

Solo que la primer habitación que me dieron no servía el aire acondicionado ,pero lo solucionaron todo muy bien.me.dieron otra y procuraron darme lo que había pedido lejos del ascensor y si. Dudar cumplían todos mis requerimientos. Muy buen servicio.

Pros:

Great facilities, we stayed at the level suite where we had a breakfast included and also access to the executive lounge, which was a nice surprise.

Cons:

I’m not sure if it’s a cultural thing, but the staff didn’t seem to say hi or they would just look at you and you would at least try to greet them.
This happened over the course of several days and different staff members. Not all staff though, but I found that it was a regular thing cause I kept saying hi and I didn’t get responses in some hotels, especially of this calibre they would at least greet you all the time

La ubicación, no solo es que esté bastante lejos del centro de la ciudad, si no que en medio de un centro empresarial está muy solitario.
