Nice hotel for the price in convenient area with great staff; would stay here again.
Pros:

Easy and early check-in. Friendliness of staff, especially at front desk for both check-in and out. Offering of water with check in/out. Cleanliness of room and plenty of parking. Location and ease of getting on/off expressway. Adequate food selection with plenty of re-stocking during breakfast. Nice pool area.

Cons:

Carpet in back stairs is quite stained. Couches in lobby are very low, too soft, and difficult to get in/out of or eat at tables. Unfortunately, there were not enough regular chairs to choose from during the busy breakfast time.

It served its purpose
Pros:

The location was perfect for where I needed to be. The breakfast was okay. The environment was clean.

Cons:

There was no microwave or blow driver in the room. The air conditioner was nosey. The female desk clerk did not make eye contact when spoken too. She acknowledged me but did not look up.

Pros:

So far, on my first day of check-in, my experience has not been positive. My room supposedly was ready, and the housekeepers were several rooms down the hall when I opened the door to my assigned room. Clearly, housekeepers had not finished the job as the refrigerator was wide open, doors were open and trays that were supposed to be on shelves were on top of the TV table. Most disconcerting, however, is that there is absolutely no way to reach the front desk from your room. The room phone is unmarked and neither zero nor any of the buttons work. The only number listed on the website is for a central reservations number. Using ChatGPT, I found a phone number supposedly for the front desk. However, after I was told to press zero and did, the message was that nobody was available. Highly concerning when I am on the third floor should there be an emergency.
I have been a Hilton Honors member for more than 40 years and this hotel so far has been an unpleasant surprise.

I would stay here again if traveling in the area.
Pros:

The location was a starting point with our guided tour group. We enjoyed our tour and the two nights (one at the beginning and one at the end of our tour) at the hotel. The room was very comfortable.

Cons:

I saw the bathroom floor was a little dirty.

Comfortable, clean, and will be back again. This was 2nd time there.
Pros:

Everything was clean. The staff was sweet. The swimming pool was fun. Kids had a great time and also loved the workout room.

The breakfast was good, nothing worth complaining about.

Cons:

For how much we paid for our room, it was very run down. Can't open the blind because it didn't work, carpet ripped up in areas, the shower was disgusting.
