Clean room and staff was very nice and welcoming
Stayed 2 nights. Initially room looked well maintained and clean. A musty smell when we first walked into our room. But it went away and we didn’t notice it the next day. We were only there for maybe a total of 16 hours. But staff were super friendly, the little breakfast bar was a great pick me up before work, showers were hot, and house keeping surprised me by making the room look new again the next day.
I will be back again next year.

Not impressed with small dark room. Loud music from outside all night. Bed was great, but everything else felt a bit out dated and tired. Strangest closet I have ever seen, less than a foot deep, wrapped around the heating unit. Fridge was tiny and hard to access.
I was disappointed that there is no microwave in the room. I requested a ground floor, but did not get it , so taking the elevator down to the microwave to heat up my leftovers was inconvenient. Maybe you could put microwaves in rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor...or add a 5 dollar fee for a microwave in your room.
Other than that, it was enjoyable.

The front desk said that the key system was down , so they could only issue one key. They had no idea when the system would be fixed. If the key didn’t work, they had to walk me to the door every time.
Clean. Good staff. Some lights in room didn’t work. Not the best view out of the window.

I reserved a double queen room. Was given a one bed room. Had to go back to front desk and they told me they had given my room away because of a room not having a working AC. They didn’t offer anything until I requested they look finally they gave me a room with a sofa bed but the room had a view of a wall. Not happy

The property , the staff, and the amenities were all terrific. However, on two different occasions( one while I was in the airport en route to the property) Hampton Inn's records of the dates of my stay were completely wrong, and Expedia had to intervene on my behalf, otherwise I would have been out on the street! Something is not working in the communication between Hampton Inn and Expedia. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I am grateful to Expedia for advocating for me and making sure I was taken care of. If you do book this hotel, I would triple check to make sure they have the same dates that you requested on record. Otherwise, you could be in for some panicked moments.
