A pleasant stay.
Pros:

I liked the location it was in walking distance of a restaurant and a gas station, so if we needed anything we could just walk.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Great choice for our first time in Milwaukee but would probably stay somewhere else next time.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and well stocked, the dinning room was clean so was the room. Staff was helpful and kind. Hotel was in a great location, close to places to eat and gas stations while also being 14 minutes away from Milwaukee.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the pillows on both beds were super flat and there is a dark brown scum ring around the pool.

We’ve been here many times, location is good for us. It’s usually for one night.
Pros:

It was fine, coffee not the greatest, but ok.

Cons:

Room was nice, we did have issues with the toilet being very low. I’m 6-3, the toilet was about 12” high, difficult to get down and get up.

Pros:

This review is for Connie, the night desk agent at this hotel. My first officer and I were in a pickle when the company we work for dropped the ball and some miscommunication occurred with a daytime clerk. At 2am we wanted to sleep for sure. Connie endeavored to solve the puzzle and was both kind and funny at the time of our predicament. She got the problem solved and we were asleep in no time. Connie, you’re the A game of Hampton Inn!
