Location was great. Breakfast met expectations.
They could have responded to my email before we arrived. They locked the door to reception when I tried to go and ask a question so I couldn't get my question answered. Phone did not work in our room.

It was very quiet and clean. The guy that works the front office was supper sweet. The house keepers were on point and awesome.

carpet was disguistingly filthy, tub wouldn’t drain, ac wasn’t on upon arrival (it’s june…in mississippi….) microwave looks like it survived the flood of hurricane katrina and was never replaced.
