A very well maintained and located facility.
No refund of my $50 security deposit still, 2 1/2 days after my stay. I left the room flawless as I always do.
Only issue was the construction noise, but that's clearly part of staying up to date and modern so nothing they could do about it.
Nothing! We left! It was horrible. Smelled like mold. Staff was horrible. Would not give us a different room. Do NOT stay here!

The only thing we didn’t like was the tv, it was slow to change channels and there wasn’t a menu to see what was on. But not that big of a deal
Early in December we booked a stay at the Hampton Inn in Grantville, PA. We were on the road early, ran into a snow storm and finally arrived at our destination for the night. What did we find when we arrived? Our reservation had been CANCELLED! After travelling for 12+ hours, we just needed to go to our room but due to an error when putting in the expiration date, the credit card didn't go through. The day staff called our HOME phone and EMAILED us to let us know that our reservation would be cancelled if we didn't get back to them by 2 o'clock. Calling our home phone isn't going to help and not everyone has wifi in their car to get an email. We didn't get their communication so we were greeted with the news that they were sold out and we could try for a room across the road at another hotel. The gal at the desk could only repeat the statement that there was nothing she could do. We had also booked for the following Friday so I asked to see if the card was correct for that date and she said it was. That is when we learned what exactly caused the error of having the wrong expiration date. We have been Hilton Honour Members for many years. We have been loyal to the brand. They certainly didn't show any loyalty to us. We have always showed up to all reservations made. We have never had any troubles previously so why is there not some way that the system could have been used to see what the trouble was in this situation? When I finally got the general manager's name and email, she said it was policy to do what they had done. At no time did we feel we were being heard as to how this impacted us and no mention of any compensation for what we had gone through. This Hampton Inn and the Hilton Honours program certainly did not have our back. Things need to change to make sure this doesn't happen to others in the future. I won't go into all the details of other frustrations during our dealings with this Hampton but I will say that Corporate needs to have a look at the training and lack of support for Hilton Honour members. We have no plans to stay at this hotel in the future. I feel being a Hilton Honour member should protect us from such a fiasco.

The property was very clean and all the staff was very pleasant.
The parking wasn’t the best. Most are staying for Hershey so when we would get home late after the park like everyone else we had to park behind the building and walk to the doors. Fortunately the LL door was open but a little sketchy back there especially alone.
