During every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) from 18:00 to 23:00, Nguyen Hue Boulevard will become pedestrian street as one of the regular ongoing events during weekend in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Therefore, all vehicles are prohibited during this period. To provide our guest with the best experience, please advise the hotel the arrival flight details or arrival time in advance for our Concierge team to assist with your luggage at our normal pick up point – Bitexco Finance Tower (Corner of Ngo Duc Ke and Ho Tung Mau Street).

All guestrooms at this property are nonsmoking.

• At check-in, the hotel requires guest present a valid photo ID with your address confirming the same name as the lead guest on the booking.
• The hotel requires guest provide credit card or cash deposit upon check in.
• For bookings paid with a credit card, you must present the card used to make the payment upon check in. Failure to show the credit card used for payment to our reception team may result in the hotel requesting additional payment or your reservation not being honored.

Lovely hotel, great location
Pros:

The breakfast was really good with a lot of choices. My favorites were the fresh omelet bar and the delicious fresh fruit. The room service went above and beyond keeping me stocked with ice that was necessary for medical reasons.

Cons:

I didn't like being charged for losing a key. I am positive that those little pieces of plastic do not cost $5 each.

Pros:

Trying to charge me for items I didn't have. Mini bar not refreshed but yet changed me 6 beers .. umm bullshit

I love when I left with two bath towels that I didn't take and had to pay for .. oh and we could not connect to the 5th floor or the 8th floor from the 7 or 8 ,,,we explained to the staff that my parents are old and we require access to them incase of an issue Imy brother and I both explained to the desk staff we need access to them at all time your staff walked away and pretend they didn't hear us or could not speak English they had no compasion looking after elderly patients,,, but you can understand the price when it came to the bill but failed to understand the needs of my mum and dad and completely ignored every request we asked

more than happy to stay in this hotel the next time we come back to this city
Pros:

Excellent location. Room size great with great view. Breakfast very good. Staffs are excellent especially the manager Mr Nam and Ms Vy. Very professional and their services are second to none.

Good hotel but be aware of music from the neighbouring bar.

Cons:

The thumping music till 11pm from the bar next door was terrible. No way to get to sleep with it. I know it's not the hotels fault, but I would not recommend staying on the north west side of the hotel.

Right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City
Pros:

The majority of the staff at the hotel were absolutely excellent and went above and beyond for their guests. The rooms were well designed, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms.

Cons:

A little bit difficult to get to during the closures of Nguyen Hue Street during, the new year festival.
