Great flat
Pros:

If I am having a short solo stay in London I will definitely go for a flat and that is Sonder. The quality of the finish, level of comfort, and location is excellent. 24/7 support is always available.

Pros:

The property was nice though it’s quite tiny. Very good location in terms of close to bus stop and restaurants. It’s clean and well design. Appliances were very nice and good quality of brand as well. 👍👍
The interior is lovely and tidy.. just need a bit of upgrade on the sofa in the living room.
It would make a lot nice if they put carpet in the bedroom too. The bath was so tiny but very nice. Very nice shower though!
This property is perfect for couple that travel with a couple of small to medium size luggages only.
The downside was it has no place to stored any luggage if we need to keep them for a while. The entrance was so messy with mails on the floor. Beware of course it has no elevator. Thankfully we stayed on the ground floor. Other downside the communication wasn’t so great. They asked us to text as they told us they are available 24/7 but none of them were replied. Overall it was OK. We were still enjoyed it.

Very pleased with the apartment.
Pros:

The apartment is in a very clean condition with all amenities, strong wifi, and A/C. It is very close to Queensway and Bayswater tube stations and main street with all restaurants nearby and a short work to Kensington Gardens.

The building is relatively new with an elevator and security. The instruction is quite forward. I was surprised to find simple things available such as detergents, toiletries, dish washing soap, cloth washing soap etc. State of art modern apartment. I requested an early check-in with no response, and a late check-out but was disappointed not to get a minute late too as I staged for a quite long time.

Pros:

I like the interior design of the flat and the amenities were good. It was surprising that there was no frying pan in the kitchen and the towels’ condition was not so good.
