Pros:

The location was close to the UCR. The facility was clean and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We were not expecting an $18/day parking fee. We were placed initially in a handicap unit which we did not request or want. We had to request a move. We had to call maintenance to fix the blinds.

Excellent service
Pros:

My team always stay at this property whenever we get projects in Riverside, great staff, relaxing pool and hot tub and the happy hour at the bar is a great way to end my nights. Check in was smooth like always and your agent Mel at the front desk gave me some new food spots to checkout during my trip, will be back in 3 months.

My partner and I checked into this hotel as paying guests, yet were repeatedly questioned by security about whether we “belonged” there, followed around the property, and ultimately demanded to show our key card—while other guests were not treated this way. The guard had seen us check in, so there was no confusion.

Inside the hotel, staff failed to stop racially offensive behavior by other guests after we reported it, creating a racially hostile environment that interfered with our stay.

I have video evidence of these incidents and have posted footage of what we experienced on all my social media platforms (search: Christine Wawira). The on-site manager reviewed the videos, apologized, and issued a full refund, acknowledging the treatment was unacceptable. Corporate later denied that discrimination occurred.

Discrimination in hotels is illegal under U.S. civil rights law. We will be filing a lawsuit. I do not recommend this hotel.

Isabel & Fabby were the best!
Pros:

I was greeted with water and a smile from the staff. The room was exceptionally clean with plenty of towels, lighting and pillows. Breakfast was wonderful and both Isabel and Fabby made it even more special with their quick service and warm smiles. I would highly recommend this stay!

Money hungery
Pros:

Charged me $36 for parking on a week day during thanksgiving for 2 nights. Parking lot was almost empty. Charged me $16.15 just because I called for being late to check in I believe because I couldnt get a hold of customer support. They will not forward your call unless you have H reservation number on reciept they know you will throw away :(

Wonderful hotel in a great location
Pros:

We really enjoyed this hotel. There rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Fabiola and Ebony served us breakfast at the Bistro on our final day and the service was fantastic, and the food very tasty. The location was close to our family, another plus.

Friendly staff but very basic amenities
Pros:

The location was good and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Our room has some issues with the shower. The fridge leaked water and one the room had a separate sink and bathroom which was really not comfortable. Also, there isn't a full restaurant at the hotel.
