Location is great close for my meetings
Time to renovate rooms love staying at this location been here a few times over the years and will continue to stay here. Maybe do a floor at a time drywall bathroom upgrades etc.
Nice and modern
They downgraded me without compensation and forced my kid to sleep in the couch. Asking anything from the staff was a pain. Internal restaurants are very expensive for very low quality food.
None
Property smells I need to be cleaned more restaurant. Food is disgusting the servers and the bar a night time no respect they don’t sanitize the tables. The food is very nasty and very expensive.
We arrived late since our flight got cancelled and we had to wait for hours to get our accommodation.
Location to the airport was great. The food in the restaurant was awesome! Staff at check-in especially Khatya were friendly and efficient.
There were a few issues in the room. Stains on the couch, the toilet was not connected to the floor, cracks in the tiles, and seemed to need a refresh for sure.
It’s central and large
Parking was awful. No where to park AND too expensive
I didn’t stay there it was overbooked and no one told me

After an 8 hr flight delay we finally got back to the hotel and Kahtya was the best!! She helped us get checked in and gave us all the necessary information! Awesome customer service!!!
Like and Kahtya at the front desk were super efficient and got the job done quickly!
They also helped us work out the parking situation. The non-dairy cookies they gave us were an extra treat!
Lyle is a gentleman and made our stay much more pleasurable. Gave us cookies and also recommended to us.Where to have some good pizza. Hotel was amazing.
Narian at the Front Desk was Outstanding! Very accommodating and Personable. Solved all my issues…. will be back in two weeks.
Lyle at the DoubleTree was wonderful and very helpful, especially appreciative that he extended my late checkout so I could finish my virtual appointments.
However, the room service and restaurant personnel were terrible. I called for room service and was on the phone for 20 minutes and no one picked up. I had to go downstairs to make an order to be brought to my room. At the restaurant, after moving to a different table because he said the booths had no service, he still took over 20 minutes before coming to my table. Considering there were only 2 other tables occupied (1 two top and 1 4 top), and 2 people at the bar, it made no sense that it took that long to ask for my order. i literally watch him in amazement in how disorganized and inattentive to customers.
The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. On arrival at 1am on the morning of Jan 27th the two women helped us out when we had issues with our corporate account. They went out of the way to work with the contract rooms when they could have made us do it. After a long day and just trying to get to a room they were huge helps. Also on checkout Tania was also very friendly.
Our flight was cancelled and United gave us a voucher for the hotel . It wouldn’t load properly but the nice man at the front desk was very helpful . He helped us check in and got the vouchers to appear on our screen so that we could eat . The next morning the same issue was happening and the breakfast manager was so patient. The situation is still horrible but the hotel employees are nice
Just an overnight stay close to the airport. Convenience was a factor. Front desk people were great. The beds were comfy. The phone buttons didn't work and Dialing 0 just rang and rang so we had to keep trying - the room wasn't stocked with towels and other items it should have been. No TV remote & couldn't change channels manually - another reason we called the front desk. The coffeemaker went all over the desk while brewing - nothing we did wrong mind you. It was a Very busy hotel.
You need to get a ticket to enter lot to pay for parking. Luckily there was no charge when we were dropped off by our Uber.
The buffet breakfast was $24 then we found out there was no complimentary breakfast or morning room service. Kind of a nightmare since the only coffee shop had no food - just beverages. The vending machines were very limited. Thankfully, there were some guests there with extra food from NYC and they shared it with us. We were so hungry and grateful to our fellow travelers.
We were allowed late check-out when the reservation made, but were told the latest we could stay was noon because they're too busy/full. This was an issue for us because our flight was in the evening. So, we took the shuttle to EWR - it left every 1/2 hour and was great & punctual service. At least we could get some food at the airport.
So...be prepared for an average stay and bring your own food!
The night staff at this hotel went above and beyond to help me, Edith, Sam and Lyle are wonderful. My car was stuck in a foot and a half of ice snow. Edith and Lyle called Sam to help. Sam is an angel. He chipped and dug for and hour. Finally with Sam directing me we were able to get the car out. Thank you so much!
