Cons:

The check-in process was slow. My room was on the ground floor, facing the indoor pool, which made it very noisy. At night there were lowd mechanical sounds, and during the day all the noise from the pool carried directly into the room.The room itself was spacious but far too dark — the lamps were too weak to light the space, and opening the curtains didn’t help since the pool area is covered. The bathroom was clean but looked dated. Transportation is very limited: without a car, the only options are the free airport shuttle or Uber. Walking is not feasible due to the surrounding freeways.The breakfast buffet was below average. Overall, a disappointing stay. The shuttle: I arrived around midnight and waited 35 min for the shuttle. During the day it was excellent.

כשהגענו ב23.00 אמרו לנו שאין הזמנה במלון למרות שבוקינג שלחו לי אישור הזמנה. נשארנו עד אחרי 1.00 בלילה בצ'ק אין עד שהסכימו לעשות הזמנה ולהכניס אותנו. רק פקידת קבלה אחת ולא אנשים. אמצע הלילה, עייפים. כשבסוף אחרי יותר משעתיים המתנה קיבלנו את החדר לא דאגו למיטה עבור הבת שלנו. היינו מאד עייפים אז אפילו לא היה טלפון בחדר להתקשר לקבלה ופשוט נרדמנו שלושתנו ביחד על מיטה אחת. היו חסרים עוד כמה דברים אבל זה עניין שולי. הצ'ק אין היה נוראי, חיכינו שעתיים עם ילדה קטנה. למרות שהיה לנו אישור הזמנה שכנראה בוקינג לא העבירו למלון. אני חושבת שמגיע לנו פיצוי על העגמת נפש הזאת. אני כבר לא סומכת על בוקינג יותר.

La zona social amplia y con varias amenidades, todo estaba muy limpio y el tamaño de la habitación estaba bastante bien, muy cerca del aeropuerto y con el transporte incluido
