Cet Hotel est impeccable, proche de l'aéroport et des autoroutes, spacieux et très confortable. Piscine et salle de sport très pratiques. Très bonne ambiance avec beaucoup d'espace.

great view from my 7th floor room (it was nice to watch the sunrise over the manhattan skyline, that you could see in the distance). convenient hotel shuttle. comfortable beds and room. clean. Price reasonable compared to some other airport hotels in the greater new york city/newark area.
Enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Coffee was delicious. The gym was a decent size for a hotel gym. The front desk Nariah and her colleagues were wonderful as well as Manager Edith.

Gateway City Kitchen and Bar - the food was excellent and the staff were awesome!
Not a big deal but I know if I stay there in future. I wouldn’t send any packages to the hotel. Pick up times for your packages are 12 PM until 230 pm or 10 PM until 11:30 PM. Waiting time can be a bit ridiculous (close to 30 mins) if you’re picking up a package. The storage room for packages is very small and so unorganized.
The hotel looks beautiful from the outside and the property is large. Unfortunately, the inside did not meet our expectations.
The carpets had a very strong unpleasant smell. The hallways were poorly organized, with carts, trash, and even a bed left in the hallway. Our bed linens and pillowcases also had stains, and we had to request replacements. Overall, the cleanliness and organization were very disappointing.
Nothing it was disgustingly bad we cancelled our stay couldn’t stay there.
Everything it’s dated dirty staff are rude and the rooms are only cleaned on request
Rooms were nice and fairly clean. But showing its age. Batbroo.s need some upgrades! Free shuttle was great! Every 1/2 hour, was packed but they called another shuttle driver to get us all in.
They have a pool but no hottub. Said it had a spa.
Front end check in was very robotic. Never smiled, monotone. You can make coffee in your room but none in lobby unless you want to pay $5 from the machine.
The room was decent
The bathroom was unhygienic, there was no iron in the room, the milk was not available with the coffee. No showers cap not dental kit.
Room is spacious and clean. The room is been cleaned every day. And enjoyed my stay.

I thought the breakfast buffett was overpriced
I was sent angels and their names were Evonne and Edith. I had many layovers, cancelled flights and even having to circle over Chicago for 2 hours before diverting to their airport because of a storm that wasn’t allowing us to enter Newark . This long journey had me feeling exhausted and I was given a hotel voucher. Evonne and Edith were both bright, kind, helpful and even made me smile after my long journey. They truly made my insanely hectic trip a little bit easier to deal with.
