On s'est bien reposés et les lits étaient très confortables
Pros:

Petit déjeuner assez complet, café à volonté. La piscine et la salle de gym sont accessibles.

Cons:

le savon de douche n'est pas vérifié, on s'est retrouvés à devoir appeler la réception pour une recharge.

It was ok, but not sure we would come back
Pros:

My son liked the arcade

Cons:

The pool, I could not go down because the chlorine was way to strong, it actually made my son's eyes burn and he was coughing bad everytime he come back to the room, we let house keeping know we would be out of the room in an hour and they never did come back to restock

We will stay at Chateau Bedford on our next trip and will recommend it to others looking for a space
Pros:

Everything. From booking in to leaving it was a relaxing visit. We were attending a funeral and it was great to come back to a clean, quiet relaxing space. It had snowed overnight when we were there and the parking was cleared early morning.

Cons:

We returned later on the first night and it was difficult to find a parking space.

Great customer service!
Pros:

Our room was very clean and spacious. The Front Office staff were very friendly and really made you feel at home especially the young lady who checked us in. She explained all the amenities and there location.

Cons:

The heating system wasn't user friendly with buttons on the unit that must have been for summer air conditioning. Thermostat on the wall was difficult to operate with such small numbers, etc.

The facility are 9/10, the 1 out of 10 is the cleanliness of the room

Cons:

I found a 3-5 plastic bottle cup under the tables, side bed table , a toy under the heater, tv remote was missing and found 2 tv remote behind the tv table. Blood like stains at the curtain.
