Was disappointed in my room booked Yarra view room but the room I had was out the back overlooked roof and was very dark.

Overall it was good stay.
Pros:

Location and parking next door.

Cons:

Breakfast area was ok, but no tea spoons twice, instant coffee was really bad and although we paid for breakfast if you wanted a real coffee it was additional costs. There was no condiments on second day for toast until we informed staff.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and you cannot beat the location.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, shower was good and location was just across the road from Flinders station.

Cons:

Room was a bit small and internet was slow
