Pros:

They were very accommodating for an early check-in which we needed.
The check-out of 11am also worked well for us.
Breakfast was very good. My husband loved it.
Great location.

Cons:

A consumed "room service tray" etc was left outside a room near us for at least 36 hours!

It was a nice hotel and I don’t regret staying there but I think we’ll go back to a different location next time.
Pros:

I liked the updated furnishings throughout the property and the breakfast included was a nice easy way to start the day.

Cons:

The bathroom did not have a door that closed completely and was quite small so when you used the shower the water would pool at the toilet, and a small bathmat could not dry the floor completely.
The doors to the rooms were also not very sound proof, you could clearly hear people in their rooms from the hallway when you walked past.

Good location and comfortable modern room
Pros:

Location was excellent. Interior of the hotel beautiful and clean room. Walking distance to shops and food place and is only a 15 minute walk to Sky bus.

Cons:

First night was okay but the second night woke up in the middle of the night to someone in the hallway yelling and cursing at someone. Also could smell cigarette smoke when in the room. Had dinner the first night and the waiter was very friendly until the replacement who acted like they didn’t want to be there.
