Clean, comfortable and everything I needed.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Scrambled eggs, bagels, toast, coffee, juice, sausage, and assorted muffins with several other options including cereal and oatmeal. I arrived early as the space is a bit limited, but was quite comfortable and left well fed!

Cons:

There are very few road signs along the main road in Pelham, and after stopping three times to ask locals where the hotel might be located, one person wasn't certain, but pointed me in the right direction. This is no fault of Ramada, but perhaps placing a sign near the cross road with an arrow indicating you're almost at the Ramada would be helpful for folks not familiar with the area.

Cons:

I accidentally left some valuables in the room and the hotel did not admit it or have it returned, They absolutely did not follow through or acknowledge any responsibility.

We were there to visit family and friends and we were hardly there. The staff was very nice and friendly
Pros:

It was quiet, and I enjoyed the pool

Cons:

The key cards didn’t work well. We would use them once and then have to go to the front desk to have them redone to get into our room

Two rooms for 6 people (2 toddlers) in our stopping point between Columbus, Ohio and Destin, FL.
Pros:

Lots of food choices very close to the hotel. Very kind staff upon check in and check out. Breakfast was good and was surprised they had eggs and waffles. I thought it was a typical continental pick up and go food.

Cons:

Seat on toilet was very loose. I told the front desk upon check out. Expected since right off the interstate but you can hear road noise.

Clean and comfortable but check your bank statement!

Cons:

They charged me a security deposit of $50 plus the equivalent of one nights stay. That was on Tuesday, it’s Friday and still hasn’t been refunded.

We stayed here on our way down and back from Florida. Would recommend it.
Pros:

The location and pricing was good. Bed comfortable. Staff very accommodating.

Cons:

The bathroom floor was always wet. I think the toilet was leaking thru the wax ring.

Very nice and clean!
Pros:

VERY CLEAN, great breakfast.
Handicap room is not exactly up to ADA standards . Beds are much too high! ( I know it’s easier for the cleaners) !
Staff was friendly and nice.
Handrails in toilet area, but a tub with handrails doesn’t work for some of us!

Spacious, Clean & Everything Worked
Pros:

Spacious, clean, TV works, Access Key worked with no resets throughout, shower head worked well with good water pressure, frig worked well, four (4) big pillows on king bed, AC maintained a comfortable temp throughout, and ALL the lamps, electrical outlets, and USB Outlets worked.
