Nothing
Didn't eat breakfast
Quiet and clean
Everything
Clean
Umm it could've been worse i guess
Biggest thing was the gross stains on the bed sheets. And the place was just rundown, stains in bathroom walls as well
The rooms were spacious. Separate bathroom inside the room
No carpet
Comfortable pillows, good AC and nice size fridge.
The rooms opened to the outside and there was a lot of noise you could hear. Our son said he couldn’t sleep until 2 am bc of the noise. There is a Harley Davidson shop behind the hotel and you definitely could hear the motorcycles all day and night driving beside the hotel. But also trucks etc.
The LVP floor were dirty. I wore socks to keep my feet from getting filthy.
We got rid of breakfast at 8:30 am and they had run out of meat but the rest of the breakfast bar was well stocked. Great oranges.
The air conditioner worked, the bed was good.
No elevator. Shower head leaked/sprayed onto the floor at threads. No "do not disturb" door handle signs. Breakfast started later than I needed. No eggs two of four mornings. Juice machine was turned off one morning (fortunately I learned a few days ago how to open it and turn the switch on)
I love how spacious the room was! The sink area was huge. The tv was really nice with a beautiful picture. They had a chair and a end table by it if you wanted to eat there or get ready there. It reminded me of my own room.
I do feel they could have done better with the pillow choice. They had 5 square white pillows. They were not comfortable at all. If you are foing to choose that route, at least you should offer 6 to 8 of them. Then it would feel like whole pillows. They also needed to have more toilet paper available. The toilet paper is too thin!
Very clean and easy Check in process
The specific room I was in the shower head kept leaking water Room 205
Friendly staff
The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The location was great—right off the interstate, near restaurants, and Oak Mountain State Park. And our room was cleaned when we left for several hours one day which we were very pleased:)
The only issue was noise from upstairs the first night.
Location was good.
It felt like I was staying in a motel 6 but paying a lot more. The cooked breakfast foods were horrible. The worst part about the stay was the hvac unit. It seemed like it had never been cleaned, full of dust and pollen. I woke up in the middle of the night struggling to breath due to the air quality clogging my sinuses.
