Very good location
Was very clean and orderly. The ice machine worked flawlessly and we had plenty of towels amd bedding. Breakfast was great and the experience was overall great, per usual with Hampton Inn.
The pillows were mostly flat.
Great location. Well lit in the parking lot. Close to many restaurants.
The beds are too hard, and the pillows are too soft.
Staff was amazing. Very professional and even had a bottle opener at the front desk for convenience. Sometimes your beer doesn't have a twist top.
The pillows. Not a fan of the down pillows. I need something with a little more support on the neck. Mattress was excellent.

Our room door kept sticking (probably from humidity) and it was difficult to open unless both hands were free. Oatmeal was served all 3 days of our stay

This hotel was great, the room was very comfortable and clean, good AC, great bathroom, and it has great value overall. The staff were very nice and helpful during our stay and after for customer service (see below). We did not use the pool, but it seemed nice, or the gym, which was very small and basic (if that's important for you). The breakfast was regular - good, but nothing remarkable.
The breakfast time is very short, even on weekends (it ends at 9 am on weekdays and at 10 am on weekends). If you are on vacation, planning on going out all night or sleeping in, be aware of that. The surroundings were good, but it is at least 30 minutes driving from the beach (the local traffic can be heavy).
During the checkout, they told me I would get my full deposit back, however, two days later I got charged for something and, upon checking the receipt in my email, there was a "treat shop" purchase (no descriptions) that I didn't do. When calling them directly, the staff was VERY helpful and nice, and very quickly checked that and corrected my receipt.
