The staff were kind and accommodating as much as they could be.
The room was not cleaned properly when we arrived, with clothes and garbage on the table.
There was no toilet tissue and 1 set of towels.
The wheelchair accessible room does not have a mechanism that holds the door open while you roll in, so you need a second person to help you.
There is no wheelchair ramp or slope in the main parking lot to allow you to wheel yourself up to the hotel. You need to wheel around into the car exit to get to the front door from it.
The room has not fridge or microwave nor do the features on the T.V. remote control match what features are actually available on the TV. only basic cable.
The room is expensive for 1 night and $40 parking per night to offer people so little.
The location to the city was perfect! 20-25 minutes with no traffic but longer with traffic. Either way it’s perfectly placed.
Paying extra for parking is ridiculous. $40 a day is way too expensive.

Primero, no se respeto la reserva de la habitación, cuando llegamos no habia disponible con dos camas y nos acomodaron donde quisieron. El desayuno buffet, al ser de pago adicional debería ser mejor, no habia jugo, agua, café solo el sirve el mesero.. en comparación a otros buffets 2/10. El personal del Lobby, muy desinteresado, tuvimos que hablar con el manager para que nos cambiaran a la habitación qué se habia reservado originalmente.

部屋の空調が全然操作しても上手く動かなくて、寒くとても居心地が悪かったです。
朝ごはんもアメリカ的なもので、卵は悪くなかったですが、硬いベーコンで塩辛く、提供価格に比してクオリティがとても低く感じました。
シャトルバスもとてもわかりにくく改善してもらいたいです。
As a para, the ADA room and facilities in general very well thought out from elevator proximity to coffee pot at accessible height. However, the shuttle should be evaluated allowing for wheelchair access as currently no lift on bus - had to contract with 3rd party at significant expense (big miss).
Visit this hotel for three days for business meetings. The staff and the venue was perfect. The highlight was Miss Joey in the lobby who isa Hilton Honors Advocate and they consider using Hilton more often.
If I had one suggestion for the hotel, it’s to make the Parking easier and allow to use credit cards to get in and out of parking. Not everyone is good with their Cell Phone, which is the only way to pay for parking.
