Pros:

Nice and friendly staff

Cons:

Older hotel, some dishes where not very clean, and the pool was not available for use, which is important when we choose a hotel. Lights in the bed board would not turn on and phone would not work.

Not the best, I wish they could have been better.
Pros:

I loved the pool with the skylight, actually gorgeous especially at night.

Cons:

The ac gave us constant problems in a hot room, horrible issues with some front staff, and the overpriced hotel doesn’t even have breakfast…

Lovely stay
Pros:

Gfest trip
Pros:

Got this hotel for my friend & his wife as a wedding gift so that they could attend gfest(Godzilla/Kaiju convention). They said they had an absolute blast, the staff, room & space were amazing & very relaxing.

Cons:

The only 2 things they said were the bed was a bit too stiff (said it kinda felt like a rock) & the pricing for the restaurant was a bit high but not by a crazy amount.

Unexpected travel delay
Pros:

Everything about the hotel and my room was terrific! Comfortable, clean, and every employee was polite, professional, and friendly. On my way out, Julyssa V explained the Grand Vacations Experience to me and I made a purchase from her. She did a wonderful job and I was absolutely shocked to hear that it was her first day! She was so knowledgeable! Overall, my stay was a pleasant rest during a stressful travel situation. It’s more expensive than I would usually pay, but at least I got a lot for the money.

Pros:

Lokacija hotela pri letališču, hotelski shuttle vozi iz Terminala 2, vrata 2 C, vsakih 15 minut čez uro in 15 minut pred uro. Metro Blue line je 5-10 minut peš in pripelje v center Chicaga v 30-35 minut.
Hotel je standarden Hilton, v sobi aparat za kavo, frižider, fen in likalnik. Osebje hotela je profesionalno in prijazno.

Free Airport Shuttle
Pros:

Close to the airport with a free shuttle. Nice Hilton. Friendly staff. Large rooms. Clean enough. Nice nearby park for walking and biking. Also walkable to an area that has lots of restaurants and entertainment.
