This was not a very good experience at a Hilton and will not be coming back.
Pros:

It was close to the convention

Cons:

There was no mini refrigerator or microwave in the room. The thermostat was broken and the magnifying mirror in the bathroom was broken and no bathroom vent. The room was outdated and alot of ware and tare. The time of our stay on a busy weekend for an expo at the convention the hotel was doing renovations so they had the water turned off to our room which lasted most of our 3 day stay so could not use the sink, shower and toilet. The parking fee is $40 per day and a $50 security deposit per night. This was not worth the money for how poor the conditions were.

Good place to stay.
Pros:

Staff was very pleasant, helpful and answered all questions with ease, better wifi than most places I've stayed.

Cons:

Dead fly smashed on the window. Restaurant did not get my order correct for two different meals.

It was close to the convention center.

Cons:

Room changed at site from king to two double beds. Hotel going through renovation. After flushing toilets water would “run” loudly for a good 10 minutes. Water pressure for shower was either “wash hands” or “erode your skin away”. Nearest microwave requires a trip to the lobby. No refrigerators in rooms. Parking was compensated due to needing to press button to leave every time. Even though it was supposed to be park and go by plate. Overall it was a 4/10 experience at best.

Amazing and Wonderful Staff!
Pros:

I would like to extend a major thank you to Dan, Giovanni (front desk), the assistant manager as well as maintenance. I can’t recall the AGM and Maintenance names. Every single member of the Hilton Family went above and beyond for my dad. They were so wonderful. I can’t even begin to describe how amazing they were.
