it’s was a pretty good stay
Pros:

i liked how everything was so close together

Cons:

not sure why but the rooms floor always felt a little wet, and the outlets didn’t really work

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was not great as only waffles available. Room rug was filthy.
Pros:

Room was dark which was great for sleeping.

Cons:

The rugs were filthy. Our feet were black just walking across the rug once. Only waffles for breakfast. Not much of a breakfast. It should not be advertised as offering a breakfast.

Pros:

Это просто чудесный отель за эту стоимость!!Ещё и с бесплатной стоянкой!Завтрак скудноват конечно ,но во-первых,он есть))Что опять же за эту стоимость удивительно!А во-вторых кофе-чай-сок были в доступе круглосуточно и без ограничений,что большая редкость.Номер был без нареканий,чистый,с хорошими кроватями,средствами для душа,феном,холодильником и микроволновкой.До аэропорта LAX минут 20 до гаражей для сдачи прокатной машины,а оттуда бесплатный шаттл в терминалы вылета.

Outside carpets covered in tape. Ice machine on 3 rd floor was out of order Needs a upgrade mostly on the exterior

The bedding was crisp and clean. We stood for 2 nights

The carpet was stained/dirty, website says room service and there was no room service available( had to walk almost a mile to get a cheeseburger), website says check out is noon & its actually 11am so we were asked to hurry up and leave ( which was embarrassing ) and we were stuck in the elevator for over a half hour. When that happened we hit the emergency alert button and no one came. Yelled n screamed, no one heard us. Then I called the front desk from my cell phone then they called the fire dept.. I've heard nice things about this hotel and I am just very disappointed
