Good quality hotel a
Pros:

Spacious room with large comfortable twin double beds! Excellent breakfast buffets with loads of choice!

Cons:

Room service dinner was different to what was described on menu. Lettuce and tomato isn't "steamed vegetables" but they brought up some steamed vegetables after we rang. Unfortunately stone cold but appreciated the effort.

Cannot recommend. Whilst staff tried there best to help the molded smell in rooms was disgusting.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Many choices including vegan and gluten free options. A great mixture of local indonesian and western cuisine.

Cons:

Room smelled moldy. We did not feel comfortable as the smell was overwhelming. Overall the hotel seems outdated and not close to 5 stars. Missing a mini bar which to my knowledge is a requirement for 5 starts.

Big airport hotel !
Pros:

Great airport hotel with spacious rooms! Big breakfast buffet choices!

Cons:

Unfortunately a couple of issues! I asked for a quiet room..... we were given a room basically next to the runway!!!!!
Bathroom had a blocked basin and fridge cabinet light wouldn't go out all night. Reception instantly sent up maintenance and it was repaired.
Shouldn't happen in a 5 star rated hotel.

Pratique mais peux mieux faire
Pros:

Pros:

Great location near the airport and complimentary pickup. Incredibly comfy bed. Very varied breakfast with lots of indonesian regional specialties.

Cons:

A long way into the city, but thats the tradeoff with staying near the airport for a quick trip home!
