Tolle Unterkunft in Flughafennähe.
Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Restaurant mit moderaten Preisen und ausgezeichnetem Essen. Kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung. Gratis Shuttle- Dienst mit Abholung unmittelbar in T1 Nähe.

Cons:

Eine kosmetische Auffrischung würde dem Hotel gut tun.

Best place for winding down after long-haul flight! Bring your swimsuit to refresh!
Pros:

I love the shuttle service. Courteous, on-time, very communicative, and professional.
My favorite is the swimming pool though. The water is warm, the size is huge!, the opening hours are reasonable, the cleanliness is guaranteed, and the privacy surrounding the pool is appreciated. This is one of the main reasons I stay at this Sheraton when I transit in Jakarta!
I appreciate the size of the bedroom too. I didn't have to bump into my roommate every time we move around. Ample.
I love the variety of breakfast menu. Worth it!

Cons:

I always tried to get rooms on 4th floor. I made a mistake once getting a room on the 3rd floor and I could hear steps at 4am from the floor above me.

Beliggenhed i forhold til lufthavn

Cons:

De fejlede at sende transport trods mange mails. Der var generelt utrolig nedslidt , vedligehold var koncentreret til lobbyen . Gennem booking hos booking com blev vi først tilbudt et værelse i underetagen det virkede hengemt, det lugtede og var fugtigt og nedgangen og underetage afdelingen dertil var fyldt med myg. Det tog yderligere en halv time at blive re- indlogeret. Det var ikke værdigt og det var under ingen omstændigheder pengene værd. Kommer ikke igen.

Perfect airport hotel.
Pros:

I experienced a staff who could not do enough for you with their kindness and smiles given genuinley and sincerely. The highlight among many was my visit to the restaurant. The management and waiting staff could not do enough for you. They were thoughtful, kind and efficient. They were engaged in their work and actually seemed to enjoy themselves. The buffet was varied and tasty. Loved the whole experience!
