Super, para una parada a descansar antes de coger el vuelo siguiente, tienen un bus que te recoge del aeropuerto lo cual es súper práctico.
Y el hotel está muy bien y bastante cómodo
El personal un encanto, digno de los Indonesios. La piscina bastante relajante sobretodo después de un largo vuelo.
Un poco el olor de humedad que nosotros encontramos en la habitación, pero tampoco insoportable, aún así quizás una mejora en ese aspecto sea necesario.

Everything was fantastic. The hotel lobby is really impressive, the room is perfect sized, amazing shower, amazing beds, crew is super friendly and agile, breakfast was deliciois and with maaaaany options, shuttle from and to the airport worked well and sharp on time, we stayed fpr only one night but we already booked our last night in our honeymoon as well, we really loved it. Oh, speaking on honeymoon, they did this really cute and humble honeymoon decoration in our room.
The only thing I would give extra care are the mosquitos in the room. The hotel provided a liquid electric repelent so we didn't hear any mosquito noise in the night, but there were really a lot of them when we entered our room, which "scared us" a little bit but it turned out to be ok, we slept like babys :)

We stayed at this hotel for a stopover before an international flight last year and purposely booked it again this year for our first and last nights this year so we had some luxury after abs before our long haul international flights. Great hotel, lovely staff and great facilities. I'm sure we will be back again!

Purtroppo, un’esperienza al di sotto delle aspettative, soprattutto per un hotel internazionale legato a un aeroporto.
Le camere avevano un forte odore di umidità, problema segnalato alla reception e apparentemente già noto, ma che non è stato possibile risolvere. Proprio la reception è stata la nota più negativa: difficoltà di comunicazione, check-in molto lunghi, indicazioni errate sulla posizione della camera e persino una prenotazione sbagliata dello shuttle per l’aeroporto.
Anche il servizio al ristorante è stato lentissimo: cibo buono, ma tempi davvero eccessivi e servizio non all’altezza della struttura.
La piscina è grande e piacevole, anche se all’aperto si sente parecchio l’odore del carburante degli aerei, che passano praticamente sopra l’hotel.
Lo shuttle per l’aeroporto, inoltre, parte a orari prestabiliti, circa una volta all’ora nelle fasce di punta, e non quando richiesto.
In definitiva, non ci tornerei, soprattutto per i problemi di organizzazione, comunicazione e qualità del servizio.
