Room was really nice , book in with a warm cookie was a nice touch.
Glass mirror had marks all over it , bathroom door wasn’t clean , ants crawling around jam pots at breakfast . No toothpaste or toothbrush provided .
Bright reception, we were kindly given our rooms early , staff friendly and helpful, room very clean and bed very comfortable
Bad smell around entrance
I was here on a 4 day holiday with my husband. I really loved the room. The staff were really warm and the location is super central. Just 5 mins from the station and wicked musical theatre. Lovely neighborhood. I also liked the welcome cookies.
I would have loved a lil more add ons like a robe and room slippers.
