Good value beware of building work behind the property.
Pros:

Well situated with well laid out rooms. The restaurant was good value with a nice menu. We were on the 9th floor which was easy to access and very quiet.

Cons:

There was building work adjacent to the hotel for 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. Started at 0800hrs and even though we were on the 9th floor it was disturbing. Might not have stayed if warned before hand

Otelin konumu çok iyi fakat tren istasyonunun dibinde olduğu için her tren geçişinde, yaklaşık her beş dakikada bir deprem oluyormuş gibi sallanma hissiyatı yaşıyorsunuz. Eğer sese karşı hassasiyetiniz varsa geceleri uyuyamazsınız.
Banyoları genel olarak temizdi fakat konaklamamız süresince temizlenmedi.

Cons:

Otelin koridorları çok havasız. Islak kalmış çamaşır gibi rutubet kokuyor her tarafı. Housekeeping düzenli olarak temizlik yapmıyor, banyolar 4 gün boyunca temizlenmedi mesela. Sadece çöp kovalarını boşaltmışlardı. Tren istasyonunun yanında olması nedeniyle sesten uyuyamayabilirsiniz. Otelin personeli genel olarak ilgisiz, birşeyden haberleri yok.

Enjoyable plus we would book to stay there again when in London
Pros:

Comfortable, clean room, very good lifts as we were on the 6th floor. Bathroom was clean and well equipped plus bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice including vegetarian and vegan options.

Cons:

Bathroom could have done with a shelf to put tooth brushes and personal toiletries.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht - das war nicht vorbereitet. Weder gab es das Zustellbett (musste erst organisiert werden), noch eine ausreichende Anzahl an Handtüchern.

Great service and clean, would recommend to anyone!!
Pros:

Staff was excellent, flew all night and went to drop our bags at desk, offered an early check in!! Life saver!!
From the door men to restaurant staff we did not have any complaints.
Located next to Victoria station and many sites to see nearby with local pubs and restaurants all within an easy walk.

Cons:

Clean and everything worked as expected, well maintained.

I was very disappointed I thought I'd get better service for the money I spent
Pros:

Not much to be honest, other than having a fridge in my room

Cons:

I had to ask twice for top up of product in bathroom
Staff other than housekeepers were frosty and didn't engage in any form converstion
Bedroom doors banged when anyone entered or left their room
Breakfast was very disappointing no better than at a Premier Inn
