Ottimo hotel
Assenza scovolino in bagno
The breakfast was amazing and the staff for breakfast was so nice. It was so good for both the adults and the kiddos that are very picky eaters! It made our day start so much easier
I can’t imagine anything that could be better!
Location excellent
Aircon not great room very warm
Location, helpul and very kind front desk and restaurant associates. Working lifts. Never waiting for breakfast for too long.
Dirty rooms, mouldy showers, and very bad bartenders. Actually, there were no bartenders. They were evening table setters, waiters, and probably cleaners all at the same time. They had no idea how to make drinks. Also, cheap, disgusting wine — like something brought from Tesco. No water replenishment despite assurances from the housekeeping manager. Poor breakfast — always the same full English, no variations. Same ham, same cheese. You start thinking about eating your own foot after the fourth day. We waited 20 minutes for a cooked breakfast. The rooms require refurbishing and are very dated.
Good location and affordable price.
The rooms were very clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The hotel is conveniently located close to both Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station, making it easy to get around. The staff were respectful, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
