Boa localização, quarto confortável e bom ar condicionado
Pros:

A localização é bem prática. É perto de Termini o suficiente para ir e vir com as malas, mas distante o suficiente para escapar da movimentação mais intensa. Há bastante comércio e alguns restaurantes bem próximos. O quarto é confortável, o ar condicionado foi mais que suficiente para dar conta do calor que fazia.

They charged me another 35€ because my brother stayed with me. The extra fee they charged me, was much higher than showed on Booking.com

Thank you Miss Jelena who made our stay comfortable.
Pros:

I booked the Kennedy hotel initially, which was very bad. Then I went out looking for a hotel to stay and luckily for us this Palladium Palace had rooms. I was so happy, we were greeted by Miss Jelena who worked at the front desk. Very lovely lady, jovial, good customer service and very professional. She showed us the room before booking us in. The place is nice and clean, breakfast was good. The only thing I didn’t like you could hear the cars and whatever taking place on the street. Therefore, It was difficult to sleep. But better than the previous hotel. Thank you Jelena who made our stay as comfortable as possible. She booked all our taxis whenever we wanted to go out, I cannot thank her enough. I gave 4 stars 🌟 only because of the noise. But will definitely be staying there again.

La posizione.
Al check out l’addetto è stato paziente e molto gentile.

Cons:

L’accoglienza al check-in è l’assegnazione della camera più brutta, piccola e rumorosa!

Would not recommend this hotel

Cons:

The room was the smallest room imaginable. The photos did not reflect an accurate depiction of the size of the room. The shower was extremely small and could barely fit with two awkward doors to access the shower. I would not recommend this hotel. Wifi was not good and overall it was a negative experience.

Pulizia ,personale gentile ,un’oasi di refrigerio e pulizia in zona Termini particolarmente sporca e maleodorante

The location is perfect, just a 7-minute walk from Termini Station. The breakfasts were very good, and the room was clean.

Cons:

The cafeteria manager on the rooftop was yelling at her staff every single morning, which was not good to see. Nobody should treat their team this way.
