The property was beautiful. The challenge was they were clearly understaffed. Wait times were very long for breakfast and dinner, but the staff was kind and friendly price point for food and drinks, but relatively high as one would expect at this type of resort.

The hotel is in a remote location, but it is a lovely property and we stayed in a beautiful spacious room with an ocean view. The reception personnel was very professional and the check-in was effortless. The star of the hotel was the dinner at the Limon restaurant, the food, service and atmosphere was above and beyond our expectations. Unfortunately, our experience at Milo's the following night fell short. Our waiter seemed put out when we asked him to light the outdoor heater and his overall service was the antithesis of the stellar service we experienced the night before at Limon. The other members of the staff were wonderful, but our main interaction was with the waiter assigned to our table. When you spend $500.00 for dinner for two with only one glass of wine, you expect the food and service to be outstanding. The lobster was chewy, the branzino was good but the mushrooms I ordered on the side were insipid. They did send out a delicious birthday cake for dessert, which was a nice touch.

Here is my honest review — and I have traveled to Turks, USVI, Aruba, French Riviera, and Italy. This resort is over priced. From the food and drinks to the room rates, keep in mind, you will be charged an additional $400 US dollars in taxes and fees alone, in addition to your nightly rate. Drinks are $25-$30…plan to spend about $150 for breakfast, and anywhere between $260-$600 for lunch and dinner.

This resort was nice and I booked a date at $1300 per night, only to find out the real rate was $1788. It’s a nice resort but these things have left a sour taste in my mouth. And for that reason I will definitely not be back to any 4S resorts ever again, anywhere. This is also the last time I’ll be visiting Cabo. I’d rather go to Turks and Caicos for the prices we paid.

I know am a tad in reviewing- stayed there Feb 11-15 to celebrate my bday and anniversary. Had a wonderful time from the moment we stepped inside. It’s worth all $$$$ spent. Property itself is aesthetically designed - amazing landscape and sits right on the beach. All the staff were very warm and friendly. Rooms were very clean and taken care of everyday. Made us feel special when there was a surprise cake for both the occasions - in addition to another cake with candle at the breakfast place. The bed and bath tub was decorated romantically with rose petals for Valentine’s Day which also happens to be our anniversary! I will definitely visit again with our kids next time. One of the best vacations we have had.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez, we loved having bicycles to get around, the gym was excellent (although it would be nice if there was at least one more bench), the food was quite good at all the restaurants (although it was disappointing that Casa Brasa was only open for lunch), the pools and lounges were great and the architecture and landscape were beautiful. But by far the best part of our stay was the genuine warmth, friendliness and helpfulness of the employees. They get 6 stars!!!

AMAZING!
Pros:

Best trip we have had in Cabo. Gucci was by far the best butler we have experienced. The Four Seasons Cabo will be our new home away from home and we will be back soon.
