I stayed one night and it was the best hotel I went to so far, the owners Devang and Priyanka were so kind the room was clean the breakfast was amazing...

Handicap room is
Bar for the shower loose falling off the wall
Dirty shower curtain
Air conditioner had black mold in air flow vent
Toilet seat was not a handicap seat
And loose
Bathroom door wouldn't close privacy issue
Only good was the beds

The pillows were terrible and uncomfortable

The day manager is hard to understand, and changed our reservation from 2 queen beds to a king, which was ok, but I don't know why.
The room had a pile of dirt at the door.
The bathroom shower was half cleaned, the corners of the room were dirty.
The bedspread was stained all over it and had a large burn in it. The sheet also had burn mark in it.
There was a couch that looked like something you'd find in a college dorm room and hadn't been cleaned ever.
Breakfast was "managed" by the same person who check us in.
The drink dispenser was empty, the waffle mix was empty after I used it.
Only when told, did the person attend to anything.
My husband ate a small sausage and egg biscuit, covered in ice. Later that day, he developed a rather intense stomach ache we believe came from that biscuit. Overall, our stay was hugely disappointed.
The old saying is "you get what you pay for". At this hotel, we didn't even get that.

Microwave did not work, room floor was very dirty, bathroom floor was worse. Coffee horrible, it was see through brown water.

Gnats in the room; drag sweep on the door allowed insects to crawl in and the floor was filthy.

Dirty and mold on the ceiling

My husband and I are platinum rewards members. We stayed with our 2 small children. The rooms were good. And beds were basic. But the owners were knocking on our door at 9:30 am asking us if we were checking out yet. Even though check out was not til 11am. Then 10:44 am we were packing up to leave and they were literally waiting by our door asking if we were checking out again. My husband called in a complaint about this. But they decided to lie to choice hotel and said we smoked in a nonsmoking room brought 6 extra adults in our room and partied all night. The owners literally lied when we did nothing wrong. I would NEVER STAY there again.

The smell in the hallway of food as if someone was cooking tacos and then when you get in the room, it was just the worst smell ever. It wasn’t fresh. It was not clean. It was not inviting. It was awful.

I liked that the cockroaches and other insects were not alive and crawling around the room. But I did not like that they were laying on the bathroom floor. I also didn’t like the pubic hairs that were in the shower.

My last visit was very clean

Disgusting and dirty. Dead bugs all over the floor. Reeked of smoke. After looking at the room we didn’t even stay the night. Front desk refused to give our money back. Do not stay!

The staff was awesome! The room was clean, just the bathroom door needed to be cleaned more or painted, there were shoe prints halfway up the door.
