Worth it if you want to be comfortable- in comparison to other hotels in the area.
Pros:

Free parking, complementary happy hour, fridge and microwave in the room. Two tvs in each room. I think it depends on the room. Many dressers and closets for storage. Breakfast in the morning was a variety and it was excellent. Secured entry.

Cons:

The heater seemed to run all night. The fan was separate so make sure it is on low. Literally on the main road. Two beds pushed together for a king.

Cons:

Awful stench in the room upon arrival. Smelt pungent and rotten. We asked for a room spray and opened the windows thinking it was just sitting air but that did not help. It smelt like sitting in a portapotty. We could not use the shower as there was moldish looking spots along every shower wall. There was a leak forming above in our ceiling. Possibly where the smell came from? Table was dirty with fingerprints and smears. :(

Hotel was old, run down. I bad need of a refresher. Furniture dirty and stained. I did not want to relax in the room.

This was not a typical Embassy Suites but was very nice, even though a bit smaller than typical.
Pros:

The location was great. In a beautiful part of town. The breakfast buffet was great! 😊
