I was at a work meeting and left early but told my twin daughters to go and have breakfast.
My daughters were being harassed by a much older man who shouldn't have been near them. They were eating breakfast and he was hitting on my daughter who is a young adult but she said he was bothering her. They left because she felt uncomfortable. It was cold in Flagstaff and the heater was not on and the room was cold.
Locations was easy to find
Looks old and runner down unlike other Embassy Suites properties I have been to. The hallway carpet needs to be replaced. Looks dated and dirty. Room door paint was chipped and scratch throughout my hallway. Property inside needs more plants to creat an inviting feel.
Two bedrooms
Two bath rooms
Amazing breakfast, excellent spacious room with all amenities! Thank you!
I didn't get a confirmation of my reservation and haven't get an invoice for my lodging.
We checked in late, and our room was ready upon arrival, which made for a smooth start to our stay. Parking was easy and free, with plenty of spaces available around the building. The hotel is conveniently located near food and gas options, and we were able to walk to the downtown shopping area.
The breakfast was a highlight of our stay. It included made-to-order omelets along with a full selection of traditional breakfast options, all of which were well done.
The reception and breakfast
Air conditioner was broken and didn't work. Told front desk and they didn't do anything about it. Fridge was lop sided due to missing leg. Curtains were broken and didn't close properly
Having complimentary drinks and the breakfasts are great.
The rooms are so run down. Furniture is so worn out, carpet needs replacing. Just not welcoming.
I had one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever encountered. I arrived around 11:00 a.m. to politely ask if there was any chance a room might be available early. Instead of checking the system or even asking for my name or reservation details, the front desk associate immediately and curtly told me that check-in wasn’t until 4:00 p.m. and that checkout had just happened 15 minutes prior, instructing me to come back later.
Despite the abrupt interaction, I remained courteous, thanked her, and left. Concerned about the experience, I later called to speak with a manager, hoping for a more professional response. Unfortunately, that interaction was even worse. Without justification—and without my consent—the manager canceled my reservation during the call.
At no point did I raise my voice or behave rudely. As a Hilton Gold member who has stayed at hundreds of Hilton properties, I can confidently say this was an outlier in the worst possible way. The lack of basic customer service, professionalism, and courtesy was extremely disappointing.
I will not be returning to this Embassy Suites and cannot recommend it based on this experience.
We stayed at the Embassy suites on Milton Road in Flagstaff on March 20, 2026. Our room was dirty and that there was mold in the bathroom. The sink did not empty and someone else’s leftover food was in the fridge when we arrived. We mentioned this to the front desk when we checked out in the morning and we’re told the manager would call us. We never had follow up from anyone. I called Hilton and all they could suggest was that we talked to the manager, so I called back to the hotel in Flagstaff and I never received a call back.
Because I paid a premium the room was a bit bigger, breakfast provided was ok, location was ok.
The staff was nonchalant, the room was not properly cleaned and dilapidated. Dirty and worn furniture, air conditioning worked on and off, carpet was filthy. You get black feet. No cleaning staff seen or available. The WORST embassy I've ever stayed in. All through the hotel you can see disrepair. I don't know how hilton is not embarrassed by the state of this hotel.
The breakfast and quality of shampoo and hand soap. Beds were ok.
Where to begin? This is the 2nd time I've stayed this week. The room wasn't cleaned properly with a dirty towel and trashcans. I paid for upgraded room; was still dilapidated. The carpets are dirty as is the furniture, with frozen mini fridge. The maintenance entirely is nonexistent. The hotel is just run down. Pick somewhereelse to stay. I don't know how Hilton company isn't embarrassed on the condition of the hotel.
Breakfast was good. Made to order Omelets were very good.
Front desk staff was excellent! Very helpful and nice!
General condition of the hotel/room needs improvement/updating.
The shower
The facility and room old and dingy
First, it is in process of renovation, the fitness center is very nice, managers reception and breakfast were good. Short staffed but the team that was there were friendly… if not a bit rushed.
AC was very loud, mattress was sagging in areas.. ( glad this is being renovated) but the room was very clean, as was the property, landscape could use some care.
The picture online must be from 1982. This place is ROUGH. Front staff amazing. But not enough to get me to stay there.
