The reception and breakfast

Cons:

Air conditioner was broken and didn't work. Told front desk and they didn't do anything about it. Fridge was lop sided due to missing leg. Curtains were broken and didn't close properly

Dilapidated Embassy
Pros:

Because I paid a premium the room was a bit bigger, breakfast provided was ok, location was ok.

Cons:

The staff was nonchalant, the room was not properly cleaned and dilapidated. Dirty and worn furniture, air conditioning worked on and off, carpet was filthy. You get black feet. No cleaning staff seen or available. The WORST embassy I've ever stayed in. All through the hotel you can see disrepair. I don't know how hilton is not embarrassed by the state of this hotel.

Run down hotel
Pros:

The breakfast and quality of shampoo and hand soap. Beds were ok.

Cons:

Where to begin? This is the 2nd time I've stayed this week. The room wasn't cleaned properly with a dirty towel and trashcans. I paid for upgraded room; was still dilapidated. The carpets are dirty as is the furniture, with frozen mini fridge. The maintenance entirely is nonexistent. The hotel is just run down. Pick somewhereelse to stay. I don't know how Hilton company isn't embarrassed on the condition of the hotel.

We look forward to coming back after renovations!
Pros:

First, it is in process of renovation, the fitness center is very nice, managers reception and breakfast were good. Short staffed but the team that was there were friendly… if not a bit rushed.

Cons:

AC was very loud, mattress was sagging in areas.. ( glad this is being renovated) but the room was very clean, as was the property, landscape could use some care.

Friendly staffs, comfortable room and Good full breakfast and we got complimentary drink and snack in the evening (not sure if its there for all seasons)
Ample parking space with easy access door to the rooms.

Cons:

Looks and feels outdated. you got to upgrade the rooms.

It was so easy to check in and out, it was clean and the complimentary drink for my husband and I was nice.

The A/C didn't work in our room so it got really warm. The carpeting and pull out couch need updating.

Beds were comfy. Room was okay. Could use some touch ups but would stay again. Enjoyed the courtyard with fire pit and room for kids to play in the snow.

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the made to order omelets and waffles. There were no waffles and the omelets were overcooked. No scrambled eggs or bacon available

Worth it if you want to be comfortable- in comparison to other hotels in the area.
Pros:

Free parking, complementary happy hour, fridge and microwave in the room. Two tvs in each room. I think it depends on the room. Many dressers and closets for storage. Breakfast in the morning was a variety and it was excellent. Secured entry.

Cons:

The heater seemed to run all night. The fan was separate so make sure it is on low. Literally on the main road. Two beds pushed together for a king.
