I visited the place for my mother’s birthday and it was a fantastic place. We enjoyed the hot tub and the lovely breakfast. Everyone was nice all the staff was very sweet to us. In cared to our every need. we truly loved our stay there at comfort suites in Louisville East will definitely be staying again soon. Breakfast was honestly hot fresh and they served business and gravy, sausage eggs and hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, waffles a little bit of everything you could imagine and we enjoyed the pool. We only got to stay one night, but it was a good night very quiet and peaceful not far from many locations in good food spots.

Cons:

The property was lovely. I couldn’t disagree or say anything bad about the property. I enjoyed my stay at comfort suites

Worth the money.
Pros:

For the rate, everything was great. Obviously, there are some needed updates but nothing that inconvenienced our stay.

Pros:

The hot tub was nice and it worked. The front desk staff was very nice.

Cons:

I think they are in the midst of renovating the location. The outside was not as nice as the pictures. I would not stay again.

Absolutely nothing it was disgusting

Cons:

Everything it was absolutely disgusting, we left and couldn’t even get a refund because your app couldn’t make things right. Will not be using you guys any longer after spending thousands of dollars on your app

Great stay to get away from your worries
Pros:

Friendly, welcoming, very comfortable beds and gorgeous rooms. I love the shower because I have mobility issues, I was able to walk straight in the shower and not have to worry about falling.

Pros:

When I checked in the lady that helped was very pleasant, informative and was ready to answer any questions I had. Housekeep was also very good, even changed my garbage throughout my stay was a good touch and a refill of soap bars. Breakfast staff was very nice in the morning and even offered to make the waffles for me which was sweet and kept the area super clean

Pros:

A/C unit was super loud, couldn't watch TV without volume all the way up. Office chair was dangerous due to stability lever that came loose and caused chair to lurch forward. Multiple trip hazards in entryway due to soft spots under the carpet. Toilets would not flush everything the first time and requited holding down the handle for 10 seconds. Pillows were not firm enough. Breakfast was minimal and seating area was poorly designed.
