I asked the hotel staff three different times to fix the a/c as my room was incredibly hot all day. We hardly had any sleep due to the room feeling like an absolute sauna.

Solo el restaurante y la alberca valen la pena, le falta una remodelación de interiores y limpieza

Tuve un mal entendido con mi reservación a través de Booking que no incluyó desayuno y la atención en la recepción fue mala y cansada hasta acceder a un descuento significativo sobre el costo de mis desayunos para 3 personas en habitaciones doble, lo que me genero costos fuera del presupuesto de mi viaje de trabajo ¡qué mala experiencia!

Well , our drinks sat empty on our table for quite some time at the bar on Saturday evening 10 /11. Even though they weren't busy. Especially when the female waiter came on her shift. I had to keep trying to get her attention :(((((

it is the best breakfast so far I have in a hotel I have been staying. The menudo so good.

Pros:

Everyone is very attentive. My room was in the 6th floor. I believe it was the newest remodel. The room was nice and clean

Cons:

The pools. Not enogh seating or towels. The front one was over crowded not the establishment fault, but ur not able to enjoy premises to the fullest
