Das Bett war sehr bequem!

Cons:

Im Zimmer gab es keinen Kleiderschrank, lediglich ein Regal und ein Kleiderständer. Auch im Bad gab es meiner Meinung nach wenig Ablagefläche.

Restaurant und Ambiente unten war sehr schön - Kinderfreundlich

Cons:

Personal beim Einchecken war etwas "frech", nicht wirklich umsichtig, Personal im Restaurant war auch nach 5maligen Auffordern nicht zu Bestellungsaufnahme gekommen, beim 6ten mal klappte es - Bestellung musste man direkt bezahlen, aufs Zimmer ging nicht, beim Auschecken hat die Mitarbeiterin maximal 3 Worte gesagt 😳 recht schweigsam - nicht mal auf Wiedersehen oder so...War sehr ungewöhnlich die Rechnung ohne ein Wort überreicht zu bekommen (ohne Umschlag ungefaltet) - aber vielleicht ist es so in Leipzig üblich?🤷‍♂️
Zimmer war sehr hellhörig - wir waren froh, dass keine ausgefallenen zwischenmenschlichen/-geschlechtlichen Aktivitäten in unserer Hörweite in der Nacht stattgefunden haben

Für Junge Leute ok, für ältere nicht so

Sauberkeit auf dem Zimmer

Cons:

Keine Information über Frühstückszeiten ect. Kein Infomaterial auf dem Zimmer . Kein extra Frühstücksraum , findet in der Lobby statt. Personal nicht sehr freundlich .

Preis Leistung passt, Personal eher "neutral" Frühstück ist Massenabfertigung
Cons:

Zuerst hat es Monate gedauert, bis die Dart Scheibe in der Lobby erneuert wurde und dann sollte die Nutzung auch noch Geld kosten. Das mit Klebeband angebrachte Schild irritiert mich.
