Ants, smoke, dirt, 2AM noise, a TikTok-brainrotting clerk, and difficult refund; avoid at all costs!
Pros:

It had a bed. That was about it. I really struggle to write poor reviews and always try to see the good in every place but this really was the bottom of the barrel. The absolute worst hotel I think I have ever stayed in, please avoid this place at all costs.

Cons:

An absolute disaster of a stay. The first room we were assigned was infested with ants. They moved us, but the second room reeked of stale smoke despite this being an advertised non-smoking property, and the shower was outright filthy. Don't expect any sleep, either: loud music was blasting from the communal pool area, and guests' children were running wild through the hallways past 2:00 AM.

To top it off, the receptionist was blatantly rude and unhelpful. Every single time we went to the desk to address an issue (three separate times) she was just brainrotting on her phone scrolling TikTok with an earbud in. She seemed visibly displeased that we dared to interrupt her and made it glaringly obvious she didn't want to be there.

The cherry on top was their total lack of follow-through: the refund they promised never materialized, forcing Booking.com customer support to step in and resolve it for us.

It was SO FILTHY!! Black mold was in the bathroom, stains all over the floor walls and black mold on the curtain curtains. Every surface was sticky. I saw multiple cockroaches in the bathroom.

Pros:

The breakfast was good. The tv was nice, however, the remote was not user friendly.

Cons:

The room was filthy. The floors were dirty. There were stains on the sheets and they were threadbare. The room had a desk chair without any desk. The furniture was extremely beat up and dirty. The shower was very stained and covered with residue. There was not a coffeemaker or ice bucket.
