The night staff helped with new sheets

Cons:

Known as a den locals say I completely forgot about until I got there, sheets cigarette burned in a non smoking room, cover stained in what looked like a red or light brown pool that had been cleaned but still there. Checked out past time the next morning telling them I would pay the overage then they turned around going against their word and charged me for a whole day instead of the $50 for the two hours that's clearly posted in their office and on the way out witnessed 2 "handshakes" close to the vehicle that was in an accident and clearly fled the scene with their tire popped off and wheel flattened driving away .

Don't stay here unless you want to catch something!

Never booking with booking.com again!

Cons:

Showed up and there was no one behind the check it counter. Tried to call and no one answered the phone. 20 minutes later they came to check me in. Room was disgusting, pulled back the blanket and there was hair on the sheets from the last guest. Did not stay, waste of money!!!

We left as soon as we saw the room and booked another hotel nearby

very nice front desk staff. She was understanding and helpful when we had to leave.
