Great breakfast and friendly and helpful restaurant manager.
The bottles being emptied at 3 am at the Wetherspoons outside our window. (I know that’s not the hotel’s fault. Also the lady on reception was less than welcoming.)
Het personeel is fantastisch. Niks is te veel. Ze zijn supervriendelijk en ze doen alles om het je naar de zin te maken. Grote complimenten.
Het gebouw ziet er aan de buitenkant heel mooi uit maar van binnen is het vervallen en heel slecht onderhouden. De lift deed het niet, de koelkast deed het niet, de kit in de douche heeft schimmel en de ramen kunnen maar een heel klein stukje open waardoor de kamer veel te warm was.

Lift an issue. Shower head not on extendable cord so bending down for the shower head not good for the back.

Room was grubby, lift was out of order, 6 flights to the 3rd floor, room right outside Lloyds pub, very loud music until early hours, very over priced

Lift not working room needs updating tired looking and TV was nailed to a piece of wood on the wall i have stayed there before and was ok last time this time was very disappointing

Location very good as I was travelling by train, and it's very handy for getting to the city centre. Checking-in staff member was excellent - all too often they will say the room number out loud, this lady did not and just pointed to where it showed on the room key sleeve; travelling alone, this makes a big difference to feeling secure.
The window would not stay open, I had to prop something under it so I could get some fresh air in. The hotel and room is old and a little dilapidated, but to be honest, for the price I paid, it was as expected.

The room was fully cleaned but no hovering was done and this was obvious as to the mess on carpet. Pointed out to staff who apologized. Lift still out of order although you can get help from staff to upper floors.
