Ok budget stay. Great location and great staff

Cons:

Very tired scruffy bathroom def needs a revamp n window sorted. No ventilation or opening windows . Window paint peeling and moldy- shame really because actual bedroom was great

Nice placed hotel....
Pros:

It was close to the railway station and a 5 minute walk into town....

Cons:

They don't do evening meals....
Rooms a little tired
The shower/bathroom needs more grab rails to get in and out of the bath owing to mobility..
The noise from the work on the new paving in the morning which is out of the hotel's control..

A pleasant relief at the end of my journey and at the end of my working day.
Pros:

In my circumstances I have a need for certain things to facilitate my visits to Carlisle. The proximity to the Station, the ability to leave my night bag without needing to carry it or drag it.
The big bonus is your staff. No hassle.

Cons:

The bread for toasting is a bit soggy and lacks taste.
