Close to freeway
It felt like a prison halfway house. Checked in thru computer. Open door of room into sink/bathroom area. Pool covered to make some type of patio. Expected more from a Wyndham property.
Clean and easily accessible. The bed was very comfortable
The contactless check in.
The bed was very comfortable
Checking in was a nightmare. There was no one in the office. I had to talk to the guy through a video screen. The guy couldn’t find my reservation. He was hard to understand.
The 2 queen bed request I made was 2 separate rooms with 2 separate bathrooms...2 separate everything! Was great and totally unexpected!
Checking in upon arrival and being met with a kiosk! Never used one before and did NOT appreciate the lack of an actual HUMAN!
It was a good location for our first stop, and it was very close to the interstate. The price was good.
It was unsettling to check in with a screen connected to someone on another continent. I don't know if anyone was really keeping an eye on things at the motel. There are no restaurants closer than 7 miles. The breakfast was quite limited.
The check in was easy and it was easy to find and enter the room. The room seemed clean enough.
The carpets and walls had a lot of stains. The toilet was running the whole time and the chair to the desk was broken and unusable/unsafe.
The rooms were nice. Hotel was very clean. I'm still old school, humans are still the best. AI checking in was very cold and weird. Still would like to see a person behind the front desk. I'm 69 and didn't like it, my parents are in their 80s. They wouldnt even know how to do any of that.
Our room was nice and clean. However, it did had a weird smell.
We were checked in by video monitor on the kiosk. The entire first level was very dirty and smelled very bad. No human interaction with the staff whatsoever.
Quiet location.. breakfast was a little skimpy in my opinion...but otherwise...a decent hotel
I checked in via a zoom call of sorts. It worked but was different. This facility worked for our needs. I was disappointed that another guest would get upset with us for bringing our pet inside even though I chose this location since it was listed as pet friendly. We did not need to deal with that after a long day driving.
My only complaint was about the vending machine. I paid for a package of cookies and they would not drop. If that’s my only complaint, you’re doing a great job. 😉

Good location
One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in away from home. Very quiet as well.
Breakfast was minimal at best but I’d stay here again.
We arrived at night & a virtual kiosk attempted to check us in, but internet was sketchy and the machine kept shutting down. We had issues getting 2 room keys to work. They only have in person desk staff till 3 pm when most people check in.
