Every thing perfect
Great customer service from Serena and the front office team (sorry for not remembering everyone else's names). We received a warm welcome, and the lobby was always clean and inviting. The facilities are practical and well maintained, and the interiors are stunning. Room was excellent; nothing more needs to be said about it. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for travelers. I can confidently say this is the best Fraser suits among all the ones I have stayed at. Overall, it offers 100% value for money. I will definitely recommend it to friends and look forward to coming back again.

The location is excellent, right on the Champs-Élysées, which is perfect if you want to stay in that area. You’re surrounded by shops, restaurants, and pharmacies, and the building always has security, so it feels very safe. The residents and guests are mostly Arab, especially khaliji, which for me was a positive indicator. The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and nicely designed. Also, having a bidet (shattaf) in the bathroom was honestly one of the best features.
The downside is more about the location than the property itself. I’m not personally a fan of staying on the Champs-Élysées. At night the area can feel a bit unsafe, so I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here if i visit Paris in the future. Again, this isn’t a fault of the apartment, just the neighborhood.
