Kühlschrank Wasserkocher Kaffee alles vorhanden

Cons:

Rezeption Brauch sehr lange um zu antworten. Die deutsche Sprache ist auch nicht so Toll.

Aircon on the hottest day of the year :). Big room and comfortable beds. Location

Drei schöne Übernachtungen im SUNDAY Hotel Frankfurt Airport in Neu Isenburg
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und gut möbeliert. Das Bett ist gut mit einer sehr guten Matratze. Ich konnte sehr gut liegen und erholsam schlafen.
Das Frühstück war gut, auf Wunsch habe ich am Sonntag zwei Spiegeleier bekommen.
Sehr gute Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Das Duschhandtuch hatte Löcher. Soetwas sollte aussortiert werden.

Zimmer prima, der Rest ist keine 4☆ wert
Pros:

Nettes Zimmer, sauber, gutes Bett (wer es weich mag), die dringend benötigte Klimaanlage tat was sie tun musste, gute Schallisolierung, gut verdunkelnde Vorhänge.

Cons:

Personal an der Reception hat das lächeln verlernt, und sollte auch sagen, dass Deutsch schwer verstanden wird. Dann hätte man gleich auf Englisch sprechen können.
War am Wochenende da: Frühstück unterirdisch. Erst recht für so ein Hotel!! Um 9:30 alles leergefegt obwohl es bis 10:30 gehen soll. 3 Stück Käse, 4 vertrocknete Pancakes.... Nachlegen nur auf Nachfrage via Rezeption. Und dann 21,- verlangen! Kann nur hoffen, dass es in der Woche besser ist.
