Servizio pulizia e cambio asciugamani inesistente

La camera era molto spaziosa

Cons:

Il servizio in camera inesistente. C'era un qr code per registrarsi per avere il servizio in camera già questa cosa è alquanto insolita. La prima sera, al momento del check in non ci è stato comunicato che bisognava registrarsi per usufruire del servizio di pulizia, dunque ci siamo ritrovati il primo giorno con la camera e asciugamani sporchi, costretti a chiedere in tarda serata spiegazioni a riguardo e nuove asciugamani per fare la doccia, ci è stata spiegata la questione del Qr code al quale mi sono registrato immediatamente e ci sono state date delle piccole asciugamani essendo che avevano terminato le grandi. Nonostante la registrazione al Qr code, anche il secondo giorno la camera non è stata pulita e soprattutto non abbiamo avuto il cambio ascigamani.
Parlando con il personale e un disagio che hanno da diversi mesi e con molti ospiti.. ho chiesto di parlare con un responsabile per 2 giorni di seguito ma non ne ho mai avuto il piacere, hanno sempre rimandato la questione. Sono rimasto deluso anche dalla colazione con pagamento extra €60 al giorno per 2 adulti e una ragazza di anni 13, ho scoperto solo al momento del check out che avrei dovuto pagare 42€ anziché 60 e mi hanno rimborsato 18€. Per 3 notti abbiamo speso € 580 escluso la colazione.
Conclusione Pessima esperienza in questo hotel, unico pro: la camera era molto spaziosa e confortevole per 3 persone.

Nicht mehr das, was es einmal war!

Das relativ komfortable Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Bad ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Dusche war schlichtweg eine Katastrophe, da sich der Schlauch nicht positionieren ließ ( sehr hartes Plastik im Baumarktstil).
Der Preis für ein Frühstück im Aldi-Stil ist mittlerweile auch drastisch angehoben worden.
