Wonderful experience. The artwork throughout the hotel highly elevated the experience. The ukulele and record player in the room was fun and homey, and the room was extremely comfortable with a wonderful bed. The entire hotel was very welcoming and would stay again.
Friendly staff, comfortable clean room and great food and even live artist in bar area!
I can’t say enough about how much I love staying at the Saint Kate! Lennox and Nacho at the front desk are super welcoming and fun. The bar there is open later than any hotel bar I’ve ever been to which I really appreciate as a solo traveler. Ruben is the absolute best and makes a mean espresso martini. There is also a gallery onsite which is a really fun and different feature.
I’ve been to the bar and restaurants at the Saint Kate, but hadn’t stayed until just attending a conference. The location is, of course, amazing. The rooms re fun - I used both the ukulele and the turntable. (They even have a selection of vinyl for guests use.) The bar has a great vibe - live music and lots of comfortable places for a group. Proof Pizza is great and open late. It’s really quite enjoyable, all-around.
I came for a conference and there were so many nice touches along the way. And make sure you get a pizza, you won't be disappointed.
A little hard driving up to the hotel figuring out where to pull up/park but this is typical with downtown hotels; we pulled up and asked the friendly valet. The check in was quick and easy with champagne. Our room was very clean. I didn't think there were any glasses in our room but was told later they are in a cabinet by the refrigerator. The staff is all well trained and professional. We saw a show at The Pabst and afterwards it was an easy indoor walk back to Saint Kate, where we found a cool vibe in the lobby with a band. Tables weren't bussed: dirty glassware everywhere which surprised me as everything else was so top notch. After a peaceful night's sleep we headed down for brunch and there was a DJ playing tunes! The whole property is fantastic with all the artwork. Will stay again for sure.
Incredible staff that elevates a gorgeous and eclectic art space. Especially appreciated Nacho making us feel so welcome and well-taken care of and Dan who so promptly had our car ready whenever we had need of it. Saint Kate is a must stay in MKE.
Such a wonderful experience from start to finish! The birthday surprise gift and champagne on ice made my daughter’s 21st extra special, and the room was clean and lovely. We will definitely be back — highly recommend!
Great stay ,no complaints , everything was great the room was extremely clean . I don’t know the name of front desk personnel at Saturday 31 but they attend me super friendly and professional at check in. But at check out in Sunday, Ignacio Nacho. Was Very kind and professional customer service. Thank you.
Great location. Very cool rooms and lobby. Lots of art, which I loved. Great service from the front desk. You get champagne at check in (or fresh water if you don’t drink).
Great location, easy to get in and out. Used their huge garage parking which was at a discounted price. The room was super clean and although near the elevator we didn’t hear any traffic noise. Each floor has a coffee and water station which was awesome! They main bar was lively and had nice live music in the evening, Both restaurants in hotel were very nice. Not to mention the art in display was a very nice touch. Would love to stay here again! We were welcomed and helped check in and out by Nacho, he was outstanding! Made us feel important, thanks for everything Nacho!
The staff is kind and very attentive. The rooms are interesting, cozy, and spotlessly clean. I love the coffee nooks on each floor. The food is amazing!
Special shout-out to the server who delightfully guided our dinner experience and to the morning server who took such good care of us at breakfast.
We will always choose to stay at the Saint Kate whenever we have the chance. In fact, because we love it so much, we just might start creating more opportunities to come back!
Lively and clean
Location. Excellent for attending the Rep.
Information regarding parking. Apparently, we were supposed to have received by text a QR code for parking, but did not. I had to pay again to get out of the parking ramp. I returned to the front desk immediately and was reimbursed for the hotel's charge for parking but this was quite inconvenient.
