Pros:

Great breakfast

Cons:

Premium suite was supposed to have an “unlimited snack tray in room” that my teenager was pretty excited about but didn’t really exist

Great stay.
Pros:

I love the cleanliness of it. I love the waterfall. I love the breakfast and how spacious the rooms are.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like about my room was the bathroom was kind of small. The door was kind of close to everything.

Not worth the money
Pros:

The room was clean

Cons:

Woke up every time the LOUD AC unit kicked on (it needs some work) the room was definitely not nice enough to cost what it did.

Desordenados
Pros:

Nada

Cons:

Pésimo servicio al cliente, Amazon me entregó unos paquetes y se perdió uno de ellos, no se hicieron responsables por la pérdida sabiendo que si lo habían recibido.

Great rooms and location but badly let down by the noisy A/C units in the rooms.
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast

Cons:

The air conditioning is extremely loud and cycles on and off throughout the night. The loud sounds made it impossible to sleep properly. If they modernise the air conditioning to something less noisy it would be a great place to stay. Unfortunately we won’t be staying with them again in the present situation.
