Jaylen at the front desk is the best. He is so helpful and friendly. He made sure that our disabled son had everything he needed for a comfortable visit.

It may be silly, but I needed things printed and at the time, the printer services were down. When I went to the front desk to ask if they knew how to fix it, Steph made me aware that they were currently down. He offered to help me print whatever was needed from his printer and truly saved my sanity!! Amazing customer service!!

Steph and Tim are great. Good check experience and very helpful. Hotel is in a great location and well kept.

The staff/vibe was everything!

OMG, i have to give 5 stars for the Excellent service that we received from your Front Desk staff Steph and Jaylen. Embassy’s Top Finest crew (Fran, Kevin, Melissa & Dudin) that held down the 2nd floor party room for our Lee Family Reunion. Now, I can’t forget the Complimentary Crew (Hyacinth & Crystal) who made sure that our drinks were top notch while doing it with a very courteous smile and pleasant attitude as well too. I do believe this team deserves a very much needed day off with Pay! Remember to always take care of your Employees, as they do represent your business/hotel!!
BTW, the BEDs are horrible with Springs poking through my body as WE tried to sleep and my body is so sore! You have to do better especially with the prices you charge. Therefore, the rating for my lack of sleep plus soreness is 0 out of 5 stars!! You have to do better Embassy…

My family stayed here for our family reunion. Jaylen was amazing! He made sure that we all had everything and I mean everything that we needed. He was kind and patient. I am looking forward to my next visit to Raleigh and the Embassy Suites! I hope Jaylen will still be here!

The staff was very friendly. The cleanliness was great. Jalen at the front desk provided excellent service. He gave us great directions, told what was going on in the community and made sure we got everything we needed to make this trip enjoyable.

The hotel is in a nice location, close to shopping and food. The lobby was very clean, pool area was nice and relaxing, the room was clean and I like the set up where I could close the door to the bedroom. Plenty of sinks to accommodate multiple girls, as one knows we like to all be in the mirror at the same time.

The best part of this experience is the front desk clerk Jaylen. Jaylen was very polite from the beginning. He made the check in process very quick. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question. Many times front desk clerks can be to detached from the job showing no enthusiasm or even give you an unwelcoming vibe. Not Jaylen, he welcomed every question asked as if it was the only one we asked all stay. Jaylen is the man to see when you visit this hotel. Jaylen will see you coming his way, knowing we will require something of him and we were greeted with a smile every time.

I cannot leave out Steph!! Steph picked us up from the airport and he was like a personal travel agent. He informed us of how the shuttle works, what was close to the hotel, what’s popular around this town and how we can make our visit a bit more enjoyable. Steph is the man you want picking you up from the airport as he was like family not a robot.

This is an awesome hotel to stay at the only problem I had was the to little toilets. They were size for children. But other than that I give you five stars. The staff were excellent. Especially the young man named Jaylen. He was so nice.

This excellent hotel location drew a lot of attendees to my event. I held a business meeting in the Einstein Room where the setup was optimal for everyone to enjoy a light lunch while watching my presentation on the big screen.
The hotel staff is the best! Courteous and friendly. I have to specially recognize Kevin who ensured everything worked as expected during my event. From the projector setup, connection to the WiFi and the food service, Kevin was attentive to my requests and provided outstanding support throughout the entire session.
I am very happy how everything worked out and if you are in need of a location for a business meeting, I definitely recommend this hotel.

I frequently travel to Raleigh and try to stay at this Embassy Suites when I can. The location is great for me, it is clean, comfortable and the staff all seem to enjoy their job. This particular trip Jaylen was extremely helpful at checkin despite some issues with the computer system.

The restaurant was great, best free breakfast I’ve experienced! Room set up was roomy and I liked the idea of separate sleeping areas.
