Beautiful hotel.
Faucet leaked on the vanity in the bathroom. Space was tight for us, asked for additional bedroom was told was not around to sale them.

Jaylen helped us at the front desk and he was so pleasant. He made sure our stay was amazing. The breakfast is awesome as well.
I came to Raleigh NC to spend time with family . We was looking for places to get food in the area. We ask the hotel for some options and We got some choices from Jaylen he was very helpful . He told us about the great wings at the hotel restaurant that was really good . He also helped us with questions about the shuttle to the airport and Shopping center . Thanks again we will definitely be booking again .
I enjoy staying at this Embassy Suites because it's conveniently located near where I conduct my business. When I checked in, I was in a hurry and, regrettably, didn’t pay much attention to the details. After paying for my room, I had to rush off to a meeting to deal with an urgent matter. Later that day, after work, I realized my floor wasn’t designated for “Diamond members,” but since I was exhausted from a 2.5-hour drive and a busy workday, I simply took advantage of the two-drink social offered to guests.
After dinner, as I prepared to go to sleep, I found it difficult to relax due to children running up and down the hallway outside my room. To make matters worse, doors were constantly being slammed and people were speaking loudly. I tried closing the bedroom door for some quiet, but it didn’t help. Feeling drained, I called the front desk to see if someone could ask the kids to be quieter or address the noise issue. Dané, the Front Desk Concierge, mentioned he could hear the commotion from the lobby, apologized, and explained he was already on his way to speak with the parents about keeping the children in their room.
Still restless, I asked if I could switch rooms because the noise continued, possibly coming from rooms on either side of mine. Within minutes, Dané arrived upstairs with a goody bag, new room keys, and another apology for the trouble. The new room was on a premium floor and situated in a corner. I have never packed my things so quickly! Once I settled in, I thought this was the room I should have received at check-in. As a Diamond member, I’m typically placed on upper floors meant for frequent business and or travelers who need a peaceful environment—perhaps this policy has changed.
I’d like to acknowledge Dané for his professionalism, courtesy, prompt response, and thoughtfulness. He went above and beyond by personally bringing me the keys and goody bag. As a Regional Manager, my job requires me to travel 90% of the time. Therefore, I am “always” in Hilton brand hotels, where this brand prides itself on professionalism, excellent customer service and kindness…that being said. Thank you, Dané , for your kindness.

Location
Bed was very hard, neighbor was noisey, and we saw roach in kitchen where food being served.
I was expecting an actual balcony
The staff was great the rooms were spacious however you bathroom a little tight and comode very very low to the floor . Lastly you tv options were limiting I couldn't use my Netflix and the on demand movies were to easily selected by error the cost per movie was overpriced.
The pool towel replenish wasn't up to par and water was easily tracked throughout the hotel to the elevator.. The happy hour is a great guest treat however the same level and variety of alcohol should be offered and available during happy hour the you have available at your cash bar. Time is already limited but limit quality
