If you are a fan of no working toilets, intrigued by some ceiling mold in the bathroom, and nefarious stains on the bathroom walls, THIS IS YOUR SPOT. Not only did our toilet not flush, but both men's and women's in the lobby were out of service, with no date on when they would return to service. And for heaven's sake, DO NOT ask for help recommending a restaurant. That makes you an insufferable pain, deserving a response that makes the DMV seem helpful.

We stay at this hotel whenever we visit our Coastal Carolina student. Easy access to so many activities and the beach. Love the breakfast in the morning and the front desk staff is always so nice! There is construction going on in the building so it would have been nice to have a warning about that.

It was a beautiful experience. The hospitality was great. The indoor pool was warm. Very clean and the breakfast was amazing. Will be coming back again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at your hotel. When we checked in we were welcomed by Stewart who was very friendly and always made sure to say hi during our 6 night stay. The property manager Tiffany brought us extra towels and apologized for the ongoing renovations. Please don’t hesitate to stay here because the renovations did not start until 9:00AM and they were not an issue whatsoever.

The hotel is under renovation and the noise is unexpected. Note that when you book you do not know about the renovation until you receive the confirmation.

All of the above were great, it was just a quick stay before we checked into our condo on the beach. The hotel was undergoing renovations, but the value and comfort were great for the night. If you have an extended stay the renovations might be an issue for you. The only issue I experienced was with my electronic key, but that was on BonVoy, not the hotel.

Our visit to the Fairfield Inn was excellent. Tiffiany Johnson was a wonderful host and made our visit very pleasant. The staff met all our needs and I plan on returning to that hotel in August.

Jervaris was great! We had a very large group and we can tend to get loud at times. He didnt mind us at all and also came over and talked with us! He was also very patient with all the kids running around as well!

Jervaris was outstanding at the front desk. He was attentive to our needs and requests, and he got us checked in quickly after our long trip, which we truly appreciated. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a refreshing scent that made it even more welcoming.

Everyone had a smile on their face every day all of the staff very nice and courteous. I will always look at my future rooms when I come in town there.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Fairfield Inn on Kings Hwy. Jervis front desk clerk is truly top-notch, and his customer service was exceptional. He is a great asset to your hotel.
