Room
Great location close to Red Bank. Easy parking, close to lots of food and shopping and excellent Uber Eats delivery! Comfy quiet room and very clean. Well managed and polite staff. Cannot always get a reservation so book well ahead!
hotel was nice, bed was comfortable and bathroom was bright and clean, heat worked well.
furniture is showing it's age and really devalues the overall stay, I feel there should at least be complementary coffee in the lobby. There is coffee in the room but it only makes one cup.

One member of staff was very grumpy
Room was fine (albeit overpriced), the bed was comfortable, and the shower water pressure was fair. No courtesies (lotion, etc), and charge ^$6.00 for bottled water.
This is a solid Courtyard by Marriott right off the Garden State Parkway and very close to the cute down towns of Red Bank, Fair Haven and Rumson, as well as the beach. The good parts about the hotel were the lobby area (clean and inviting with lots of seating), the staff (friendly check in, helped out with freezing some ice packs) and great parking. The room was also fine, but pretty tired and definitely in need of a refresh. It was also pretty small. But for a 3 night stay to attend a wedding (and they clearly host a lot of wedding blocks here - there were 5 weddings staying here over the 3 days we stayed), it is just fine. My one other complaint was that they did not have free coffee in the morning, though you could get Starbucks (and bistro food and drinks), but it didn't open until 7am.

We had asked for a space for our family to gather and the staff and events coordinator were amazing. It was all set and ready to go for us!!!

bed and bathroom was clean
Went to front desk at 2:30 am first night of my stay. no1 was there . At 3:30 I used the app to ask for pillows as we had my 4 year old daughter sharing the bed with us. They said they have no pillows available. They don’t answer on the app for 1 hr before telling me this. It was then 4:30 am. There was also a wedding going on and people yelling in the hall ways until 5am. All on the first night of our stay
Great Courtyard location. We use this hotel a couple of times a year when visiting family who lives in the neighborhood. It's so easy to get to right off the Garden State Parkway. Short drive to Red Bank for restaurants. Clean, friendly. During this visit we had breakfast at the cafe both days which was convenient. The bagels were good and drinks were good but the oatmeal was super watery - I would suggest they make it the night before so it can fully cook. Or have the overnight person put it on around 4am so it's ready for guests when the cafe opens. Overall a great and comfortable stay and will return next time we're visiting family. STAY WAS PERFECT ---
Comfortable bed. In room TV service fair I personally did not like the remote but I was only sleeping there, so not a big deal. Big deal was no in room UBS electrical connection ports. So as I had the cable, I didn’t has a charging brick, so I couldn’t charge my phone overnight. A little thing but annoying.
