Perfect stay

Cons:

Sink didn’t drain and was dirty upon arrival. No trash cans in the room upon arrival. Shower was also slow to drain. Security lock didn’t work.

One of the desk clerks was rude. Asked us if we had looked in the corners of the room for a trash can, grumbled about getting a duvet for the pull out couch.

Loud conversations in the hallway all night.

Not a fan of the Parking Fee
Pros:

Friendly hotel staff, quiet area. The room could use a bit more once over when it comes to dust and so forth probably most disappointing was the parking fee. I don’t understand why there would be a parking fee in the suburbs at a hotel with a large parking lot. There was plenty of space.

Pros:

Location great, lots of accommodations nearby. Very clean and quiet. Front desk staff friendly, ready to assist.

Cons:

Lobby bar/coffee station not open when we expected. Had to drive off site for morning coffee.
Continental breakfast would have been nice addition.

Too cold. Left early couldn’t sleep due to cold

Room was freezing. No matter how high you turned the heat up it reset back to 68. Not good in the middle of winter.

It was good enough, except for the availability of coffee
Cons:

I was very unhappy to learn that coffee is not complimentary and it's not available until 7 am on weekends. Not to mention it's Starbucks coffee, which means it's even more expensive. Come on Marriott -- let's go back to free coffee for your early risers.
