To all guests visiting between February 03 and May 01, 2023; The Hotel Roanoke will be removing 1 of our 3 Lobby elevators from service to perform a beautiful renovation. All guestrooms can be accessed by utilizing the two remaining elevators, except for the Governor’s Suite, which will require exiting on the 6th floor and taking the staircase to the 7th floor. A wonderful place for families, friends and getaways.
Pros:

Beautiful, historic hotel with modern convenience. Nice restaurants on site. Staff was amazing and friendly. Ruins were large and comfy.

The staff, the manager was amazing. Valet attendants were very professional. The front staff smiles captivated me. I felt welcomed. They treated everyone with respect and I loved that. I will definitely return.

I would visit Roanoke and stay here again.
Pros:

Everything! Great building, attentive staff, great bedding, nice bar and restaurants. Walkway directly to downtown. Great downtown full of music and restaurants.

Overall a nice experience.
Pros:

Historic significance. Impressive.

Cons:

Room wasn’t dusted. Bathroom vent broken and cover left on toilet. Caulk was peeling in bath tub. Waitress Jenny in bar restaurant was great. Enjoyed the pictures of the history and famous guests who stayed there.

So close to everything!
Pros:

We loved our stay at Hotel Roanoke. This is our second time staying here. I would not stay here for just any trip since the price is higher than what we would normally pay. For us it’s worth the money for a special occasion or a trip without our kids. It is kid friendly though, but I would rather enjoy my time there without my kids. The room was very clean, bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. Shower is great! I love the added touch of bathrobes in the room :) The hotel is obviously gorgeous and has so much history. The pool snd hot tub is also great. Towels are provided and there were floats and pool noodles to use as well. Nice little thought. My only suggestion is to sell stamps there. I bought a post card to mail off and really wanted to use the Mail Drop on my floor (how cool!) but no stamps. They did take my post card and run it through the mail

Pros:

I love the clean modern style inside the hotel and old style outside the hotel. Hilton always does the best job designing hotel rooms.
