To all guests visiting between February 03 and May 01, 2023; The Hotel Roanoke will be removing 1 of our 3 Lobby elevators from service to perform a beautiful renovation. All guestrooms can be accessed by utilizing the two remaining elevators, except for the Governor’s Suite, which will require exiting on the 6th floor and taking the staircase to the 7th floor. Highly recommend!
Pros:

This hotel is gorgeous! Super clean, comfy beds, and the entire staff will go out of their way to be helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

Great stay, will definitely be going back!
Pros:

From the time we entered the building until we left, everything was great! The food was wonderful as well as the wait staff. Everything was in walking distance, we didn't need our car for anything.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was maintenance working on the roof which was right outside our room early in the morning.

A great location for visiting Roanoke.
Pros:

Nicely decorated room. We also had a view of the star too which was lovely.

Cons:

No water in our room. Considering we were on a road trip & stayed in at least 8 different hotels this was the only hotel that did not provide water.
Also the receptionist that checked us in was not at all welcoming. She didn’t make eye contact, didn’t smile. Unfortunately I did not catch her name. We checked in around 5pm on the day of our stay.
