Staff are always helpful and kind. Always feel comfortable when we stay.
Beds were very comfortable. The fit out of the property is really lovely, unlike some of the others in the CBD that are tired and more expensive. The gym was well equipt, great size sauna and the pool had marked lanes. Cocktails were also a highlight. We needed business assist with printing and the staff were extremely helpful - great service.

Disappointing that the pool closed for maintenance work during stay, couldn’t even sit around the pool.
The location was excellent. It was quieter rather that in the centre of the city. Facilities were excellent. Staff were lovely. Room was lovely and comfortable and nice surroundings. The colours of the interior were calm and welcoming. I had such a lovely experience I ended up staying an extra night.

Amazing stay! Super clean & modern facilities. The staff are super friendly with great service. We had breakfast included and it exceeded all expectations with heaps of options at the buffet. Special mention to Kaylan at the bar, Thankyou for being so welcoming and kind throughout our stay!
