Location! Super close to the train station and to CBD.
And the lobby looks so fancy
Great location. Close to many visitor sites as well as public transportation. The hotel is very clean and the room very spacious and comfortable. The staff are very professional and friendly. Housekeeping was great. The hotel has a nice bar and restaurant. Mant stores and dining places are near.

最初の宿泊で朝４，５時に2回、避難指示の館内放送があるもその後何も連絡なし。誤作動だったのかもわかりません。せめて何が発生したのか、何が原因なのかぐらい、フロント、もしくは部屋へレターを入れるぐらいの配慮が必要ではないかと思います。

Nothing to not like
Location is great a step from the Central Station, but quiet at the edge of residential area. Hotel is very clean and front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant in hotel is very good.
More attention by the housekeeping, like replacing used tea. This doesn't require reminder. I stayed for 12 nights and linens were not changed once
