Kaab Tulum

Mal servicio, piscina en deplorable condicion, no fue posible hacer uso de ella por nulo mantenimiento. Pasillos sucios y oscuros por falta de luz. Ni una botella de agua en la habitación. No volveriamos a este lugar.

This is our second stay at Kaab and we love it. Big rooms, mini fridge, air conditioning, the pool is a nice size and lots of chairs and umbrella’s. Second floor has a nice shaded seating area. The staff are lovely, super friendly and accommodating. There is an on site restaurant but this location is the best in Tulum. Right across from a bike rental spot, around the corner from taxi stand, 7 eleven, many many restaurants and bars, and a few blocks from the Collectivo stop to take you to Playa Del Carmen, Akumal etc. we love this location! My only complaint which isn’t their fault is that the beds are too hard for me. They are definitely a hard mattress, so be aware of that if you prefer soft.

El mejor servicio que recibimos en todo nuestro viaje por México, un servicio de un hotel 5 estrellas, en especial la atención brindada por Alexis muy amable y atento siempre buscando la manera de apoyarnos con dudas sobre la ciudad, las habitaciones excelentes todo muy bonito y la ubicación es perfecta alejada de ruido y gente pero siempre seguro con supermercado cerca y restaurante

Great Location to Tulum. A lot of dining, drinking, and shopping nearby. Nice pool as well to take a dip and lounge around with some drinks.

Overall a decent budget stay. We weren’t looking for anything special as planned to be out and about the 2 days we stayed.

Pros: AC worked well, beds were comfortable, room was clean and big, reception was super helpful with info

Cons: shower sprayed all over the place, no hot water (apparently this was getting fixed?), had to fiddle with toilet to get it to fill and flush, rooms are not insulated well

If we had paid what the front desk quotes us, I would've been upset. Sheets had stains, floors weren't clean, but ac works great and location was convenient

The amenities and space in the room

Nice hotel with a chill vibe. Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, good ac, big rooms. Wifi was not very strong on the second floor.

La habitación muy amplia y confortable. La cama muy buena. No llega internet en la habitación, con lo cual no se puede utilizar la tv y tampoco el wifi en ningun dispositivo.
Una contra también es el ruido externo de la calle pero por sobre todo del restaurant de abajo del hotel que a la noche el volumen de la música es muy alto. También por la mañana muy temprano, 7 AM se escucha ruido del restaurant y es molesto. El personal del hotel es muy amable y servicial.

We were just passing through Tulum so we only stayed for one night, but we very much enjoyed the hotel, and ate in the attached restaurant which was very good. Friendly and helpful staff at both the hotel and restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay at the this hotel. It is a lovely property and felt very safe. Its an extremely convenient location to access food places, vendors and nightlife at a great price.

Clara the receptionist is the sweetest friendly and helpful! Quite property, clean and love all the plants.
Front desk Booked our scooters $40 for 24hrs, gave us recommendations for near by food!
Location is 10-15min away from beach & taxis are approx $40-$60 each way.

I really enjoyed my stay here from the 13th of July until the 17th! Insaias who was at the reception was really a great host and recommended me and my friend different activities and stuff to do! Pool was clean, room was also clean. Just need to ask for towels…we didnt get them directly from the room cleaning, we had to ask at reception. Area is nice and walkable (8 minutes) to the restaurants and bars! Overall very satisfied, thank you!

Loved everything about my stay except for the dirty mirror in the bathroom. Staff were very friendly & the beds were super comfy.
